The bed was incredibly comfortable, the staff was great. Location is perfect.

we arrived at 4, check in time, we were told our suite, which we booked in January was not ready because some Bonvoy member was in it. They wanted to put us into a room for the same price but with no view, and I booked this room in January! The Valet is very hard to work, no ramp for luggage, on a busy street instead of at the side of the hotel where this a great spacious driveway with a ramp. Getting our luggage down the steps was not fun.

Staff was very helpful, friendly, accommodating.

The heater in our room didn't work, it was 62 degrees, we slept in our clothes to stay warm. The light in our bathroom wouldn't turn off with a glass door leading from the bedroom it was difficult to sleep. the lamps and overhead lights flickered. The hotel is across the street from a park that seems to be a homeless encampment, street noise and stench make this beautiful old hotel not at all desirable. SA itself, is no place I will return to visit.

The staff was excellent. I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the gentleman that checked us in. We arrived about 10:30am knowing check-in was not until 4pm. We went to let them know we had arrived fully expecting to check our luggage with the bell staff and wander around town. We were surprised when he told us our room was already ready. It just made the day easier. The bell staff opened the door for us every time we left or returned to the hotel. The rooms were big and the bathroom was very large with a large shower and 2 sinks. Even though we had a short stay, the rooms were very comfortable and the staff was excellent.

The elevators were a bit slow and on the smaller side.

We returned to St. Anthony almost 12 years after our first visit in 2013. The hotel is classy, the staff exceptional, and the hotel's beauty and history are still present.

We wish there were a mini fridge in our room for drinks and snacks to keep cold.

the property is very clean & I love the decor.

we both loved the cleanliness that was constantly protected throughout our stay. we saw staff constantly wiping down areas of walkways and door handles. this gave us a more secure way of feeling that The St Hames not only cared about our comfort but about our complete well-being as well

Rooms are spacious. Amenities are plentiful. Service staff always ready and willing to help with any matter. Beds are super comfy. You almost don't want to leave the hotel to go explore and just relax in the hotel. Live Jazz band on Tuesday was a bonus.

It was nice and clean

There were no vending machines to purchase any drinks or snacks. Everything closes early near by so if wanting to have a late snack or something there is nothing around. Pizza only option but they have a long wait and their phone is always on busy signal.

Staff was great...Door men, front desk, pool greeter and wait staff.

The pool was great but I was surprised other hotel guests were at the pool. Since it was so hot, we wxpected the pool to be busy. There were six young adults next to us at the pool that were staying elsewhere. I wouldn't have expected this and the younger adults were definitely louder than St. Anthony guests.

Rooms were very large and comfortable with nice amenities in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and the pillows good. Staff was attentive but check in and parking was a bit unusual and higher cost than other hotels in area.

Expensive parking and needed to use Valet to offsite lot.
