The location was close to the riverwalk

Having to pay every night for parking. it should be included in the price of the hotel.

The hotel was located conveniently to the Majestic Theater and several fine eating establishments which made it perfect for our stay in San Antonio. The room was very nice and the small kitchen was so convenient to prepare a hot bowl of soup after coming back from seeing a great Broadway performance.

The breakfast was disappointing because the food is “warmed up” style eggs, English muffins etc. which makes them dry & rubbery and not very tasty. Recommend having scrambled eggs with sausage and biscuits. Perhaps, include a nice sausage and gravy along with hash brown potatoes. Using a water and tray system to keep the food warm would keep the food moist and better tasting. Guests would enjoy the food and they would leave with a “positive” experience of their stay which would perhaps influence their decision to stay at the hotel in the future…. AND tell others about the hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the riverwalk and the coolest restaurants and bakeries. It is on a noisy and busy street, but when you are in the room you can not hear the noise. We were placed on the 11th floor, in a room with a view of the Majestic. Huge spacious, clean mini-apartment, with a kitchen and a large work area. Large and comfortable bed. This room was cheaper than rooms in other nearby hotels where we stayed earlier this year. And this room is much cleaner and more spacious than all the others. Free breakfast included - freshly baked waffles, croissants, bagels, oatmeal, sausage, eggs, juices, coffee and tea. Very nice staff. The only downside, which was not significant for me, but may be important for someone else, is that only one elevator works, and in the morning, during breakfast, there are queues, and people from the middle floors can wait 15-20 minutes to go down. It's not a problem for me to go up the stairs, even to the 11th floor, and even after breakfast haha.

If all the elevators worked this would be a perfect place to stay for a couple of days or a longer stay.

Very friendly and accommodating welcome. The property has obviously been renovated since the mixed reviews of a few years ago and the lobby/room/breakfast is far better than these earlier reviews stated. The room is spacious, clean and very well appointed. The flooring in particular is well designed with entry as well as bathroom in porcelain tile and carpet tiles (non pile) for the remainder. Corner room with lots of light from windows and availability of black out blinds. Well equipped kitchen facilities are excellent especially if extended stay. Breakfast options (hot and cold) to fit most taste... ( except for the coffee)

While the room features all appear relatively new, the pillows are "lumpy"...ie, the polyester fibre has clumped, making them uncomfortable and sheets are a bit thin and too much polyester.

The entire stay was amazing!! From the staff at the counter to the Valet lady, April and the new guy that was his first day. They were awesome!! The breakfast was so good and fresh!! The rooms were in exceptional condition! I always take my own toiletries, but this hotel has them in the rooms and they smell so good!! It was a short distance to the riverwalk shopping center. We will be back!!

I wish we could have had a higher room to get the actual city view instead of the view of the building beside us. We were on the 6th floor. Next time, I’m requesting the highest floor!

Although is not immediately in the Riverwalk the hotel is very centric and accessible to several Riverwalk entrances. It sits immediately across one of the best morning Cafe/bakery/foodie places ( LA PANADERIA ). Besides that it is within walking distance to several attractions (AND DESTILLERIES). :-D

The building is not a new construction. So, like any older building it has some drawbacks as noisy HVAC.

Breakfast was a nice treat before starting your day in SA Location was great close to everything definitely within walking distance which it always a bonus.

I would have enjoyed a better pool option it was very disappointing to come to Texas in the summer and not have an outdoor pool or a bigger pool option than what it’s currently it’s too small for such a big building I did also inquired about a sister hotel near by we can perhaps had visited just to make my son have a better experience but unfortunately that wasn’t an option but we did make the best of it.

Loved the location the staff really hit it off the hospitality was off the charts very knowledgeable of the location and the history of San antonio. Really didn't need a map could ask the front desk cleark and they helped us navigate the town.

Honestly the motel was terrific... but the city od San Antinio is no longer the same as when I was younger the town is ate up with homeless and drugs we couldn't even step outside for a cigarette without homeless asking us for money and that was just out the front door. The town feels un safe to walk in anymore. We had to watch our step because of all the drug parafenila laying everywhere we didn't want to get poked by a used needle.

We loved the convenient location. We walked everywhere we needed to go. Other than occasional loud cars going by outside, it was a quiet stay. Staff members were very friendly.

The bathroom (shower especially) and couch in our specific room definitely could’ve been cleaner. The parking is a little weird, but we parked across the street in another parking garage to avoid using valet parking.

- Location was excellent. Right next to the river walk and right next to the Tobin center where we saw a concert - Room was large and clean with a king bed - Breakfast was included - There’s a city parking garage right across the street for only $10/night

- One of the elevators was broken which made the wait take a while - Note that if you’re looking for a full kitchen, there is no stove or oven - only a microwave and fridge
