I liked that I could text stating I was going to be late checking in and they responded positively. I was very impressed with the lady at the front desk I believe her name tag said (SNOW). Ms. Snow went above and beyond her duties to tell me about the hotel, the fiesta that was going on, gave me and my wife a free alcoholic drinking voucher for our anniversary. The did parking was very easy. The breakfast buffet I added to the room could have given more options on what to eat but nonetheless, the food was still good.

The 11th floor was very humid. Our room did not get cool and we put the air conditioner down to 68 and it only reached 72 degrees. I think the tv should have apps like (Netflix) so families can sign into their personal accounts and watch movies on the tv.

Great location, right on the riverwalk and an easy walk to The Alamo which we really enjoyed. Parking in the hotel itself was easy and plentiful, check-in staff member was very friendly, hotel and surrounding area were very quiet and the room was clean and comfortable.

The restaurant for dinner was very disappointing. When we arrived we had to wait for too long to be welcomed and had to ask if we could actually order some food. We seemed to be the only ones eating but the food took ages to arrive and was not very appealing. Also no room service option available. Some information at reception about local attractions would have useful.

Good location and breakfast was excellent.

The only thing I didn't like was that I was charged for an additional breakfast. I booked a room for four people with breakfast included. It didn't say that only two people would get free breakfast and any additional people would have to pay. I wish that would have been clarified in the booking details. I gave the hotel an 8, and would have given the hotel a higher score, but the incident with the breakfast was disappointing.

Went with the balcony view room and it was very nice. Bed was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and nice. It was a half block walk to the Riverwalk which was terrific. On site parking was nice as I didn’t have to use public parking. The downstairs bar had happy hour and we were able to purchase a full bottle of champagne for New Years there.

Breakfast was buffet style but not free it was $20 plus per person. So we didn’t eat there. We skipped breakfast but used the in room coffee until we could go to the Riverwalk for brunch. Parking there was $29 a day, expensive but convenient so really not a complaint. Maybe if you stay more than one night you get discounts on parking?

The location wad great!! The rooms were clean.

Most hotels have complimentary coffee in the lobby. They offered self serve drip coffee for almost $5. It's chintzy when they nickel and dime you. $40 bucks a night to park!!!!! Also, the staff are only nice to you because they get paid.. They do not enjoy engaging with the customer and it shows.

I loved the fact that we were right next to the river walk. Everything that we needed was at walking distance. I come the RGV where we have to drive to every single destination so it was a nice change for once. I would book at this hotel again if I were to ever make another trip to San Antonio. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I'm so glad y'all had your own parking garage as well.

Don't have any complains. Maybe the elevators if any. We would choose our floor and it would take us up to the floor but the door didnt open and it took us to the lobby once more. It did this a few more times but it wasn't a big deal

The hotel was close to the Riverwalk. It was easy access to trolley also.

I think it’s crazy you have to pay $40 a night to park. I thought the room cost was reasonable until you add the parking. I would not have as much of an issue to pay $20. The hotel was clean but the outdoor area at and around the pool could use attention. The last issue that I was surprised by is that the hotel didn’t offer any information about the city. All the information we got we had to go and look for.

Location was great, right on the Riverwalk.

Parking charge is ridiculus but was able to park a block away at the Houston Street Garage for $10 a day.

My wife and I booked this room online to be close by and enjoy the riverwalk. The staff was great and checking in was super simple. The hotel is located right on the water which was great, and everything was clean and very well maintained. We did have an issue with the TV remote however, the front desk sent maintenance with a replacement right away so that was resolved quickly. The kids loved the pool on the seventh floor and overall, we had a great weekend stay.

Location and view were excellent.

The restroom was dirty, and the valet completely ignored us. I had to ask him if they were still doing valet parking since he was just standing there doing nothing. He said yes, and I also asked if we could leave the tip at the desk since I didn't have any small bills. But he refused and demanded his tip right away. I've left cash in envelopes with employees' names on them before at other hotels, so I was surprised by his reaction. I understand that these employees rely on tips, but this guy needed to be more patient.
