Wonderful breakfast with lots of good options, lovely facilities, parking included in locked area, always greeted nicely, a very nice pool on top floor and very comfertable beds. Absolutely recommended, perfect for family and couples stay. Location was ideal- beautiful view from window over the River, straight/direct access from the hotel to walk onto the Riverwalk, and also only 1 minute walk to a River Cruice, absolutely fantastic.

The room was a bit small for four people, and the bonus of a drink was with a very short window- we had 3 nights- and every night we were home just too late to use the included ones, this was a little sad.

Soo I started  reservation of a room with a travel agency at the Drury Inn and Suites in San Antonio.  The next day after confirming San Antonio, I logged in and completed what I thought was reservation of the room I originally started. Upon arrival, we met your awesome security guy, sorry can't remember his name and after we went inside and checked in. I sent my family to the room to get comfortable while I parked my truck. Upon arrival to the room I found my beautiful wife sitting in a chair inside the room with the curtains opened looking out the window. And I explained, baby we have a balcony and asked why are you inside looking out side. She showed me that we have no balcony. So in a  bit of despair, I looked at the room reservation and it did not Include a balcony. I immediately went to the front desk ad explained how much my wife loves to take pictures and being outdoors and somehow the room/ reservation changed and I did not verify and asked how much to upgrade to a room with a balcony. I felt so bad whatching my wife just looking out a window. Alexis! I hope I spelled her name right listened to me and understood the delima I was in, took a look and said I can get your family in the room you thought you were getting initially at no extra charge. I was blown away. I don't know how you found her and or Renea your assistant GM. All your staff is amazing including your cook. He watched attentively over the food out your kick back 5:30 to 7 pm.  Thank you Alexis and everyone keep it up. My family and I will only stay at Drury Inn and Suites in San Antonio tx if you continue to employee the type of amazing folks we met today!!! Thank you,  Rodney Ketner

Spacious bedroom and living room area. Great option for breakfast with variety of choice for food and wonderful each evening offering of dinner and three alcohol drinks per person.

Bathroom was way to small couldn’t stand in there and dry off with hitting the wall or door and fans are inadequate for removing steam so the mirror fogs up rather quickly. The pillows are way to soft and they don’t have another option and two pillows doesn’t work. They have a laundry but no electronic pay option and so you have to go all the way to the front desk to get change and one of the dryers didn’t even dry out clothes hardly at all.They also charge you for parking $23 per day not to bad but should be included in the cost as it isn’t cheap.

The staff may be the nicest I've ever encountered. From the front desk to the maids to the kitchen staff...everyone greeted us with a genuine smile and made conversation. The hotel was very quiet and the location was excellent. We walked many places via the Riverwalk which was right outside of our hotel. The breakfast was very good, but the happy hours were even better. Tacos, pulled pork sandwiches, meatballs, cocktails....we could have eaten just that for dinner if we wanted to. Parking was expensive but convenient. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean as well.

The gym has an opportunity for improvement. There were not many free weights which my husband was looking for. Having additional weight equipment would have made this hotel a 10. The other thing was the hallways were a bit dirty. Could have used a good vacuum and carpet cleaner. But the rooms were clean.

Location was amazing- right on the Riverwalk The elevator goes right to the Riverwalk which an amazing surprise and made the trip even more enjoyable. Every afternoon you were given 3 free drinks and a full on meal not just snacks. Everything was clean -staff was very nice and housekeeping always said hello and goodbye if you saw them in the halls. Parking was self parking in garage but I'd rather park my own car so this was nice and half the price of other hotels that required valet parking. Felt safe and security always was there to make sure you were a guest at hotel before letting you go to garage. We will definitely be back.

Loved everything!!! We stayed as a family of 4 with two big kids 11 and 14. The location was perfect on the river, the pool perfect, breakfast plentiful, and the kickback event gave us more family time together and not running around waiting in lines at restaurants for dinner. The atmosphere and staff were so pleasant. They were so helpful and informative. Every staff member I was near said a kind word to me. The atmosphere was top notch. We can't wait to stay here again. This was a first visit to this hotel and it's definitely a new favorite! This hotel did not disappoint! Wonderful staff starting at the front desk!🥰

We loved everything. We wanted to stay longer.

We liked our room, it was clean, spacious, and everything functioned well. The bed was very large and comfortable, i slept like a rock. We really enjoyed the hot breakfasts, and the happy hour drinks and snacks were great too! The staff were very attentive and really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was great, with direct access to the Riverwalk, and the lobby was impressive.

The on-site parking was a bit of a challenge. We appreciate that the hotel has on-site parking, just due to its downtown location. That said, we found the spaces to be tight and there is not much room to maneuver. I found it difficult to enter and exit our vehicle due to this. I recommend backing in to the spot. If you come back to the hotel late at night, there may not be spots available.

Great variety at breakfast of hot and cold food. The kickback and happy hour with 3 free alcoholic drinks was an excellent bonus to our stay. The description says ‘snacks’ but there was so much hot food on offer that we didn’t even feel the need for diner in the evening. Coffee, soft drinks and pop corn are also available throughout the day to guests at no extra cost. Our room was clean, comfortable and sizeable with a lovely balcony having views over the river walk and city skyline. This was our first time staying with this hotel chain. We will definitely be booking with them again in the future. They really do look after their guests. I couldn’t fault the staff, everyone was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was perfect.

Rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast and a light dinner included. Large pool and hot tub on the roof. Great location.

Our blackout curtains didn’t close completely so there was light coming in from the street. Our room was on the road side and on Friday night there was loud music playing from a club nearby that we could hear well into the night. The washing machine and dryer looked as though they had never been cleaned. Brown sludge in the washer and sticky detergent residue in the dryer.

The breakfast and Happy Hour meals were a great bonus. Having In/Out parking without having to pay for a valet was also nice. Our room was very spacious and came with nice amenities. The view was also great.

There is only 1 bank of elevators and they had issues all weekend. They did have a security person help with manually getting us up and down on our final day. I also called once I arrived home to get my bill sent to me and the front desk abruptly put me on hold, then after being on hold for over 5 minutes it hung up on me. I then called back and the person working said he was the only one working and seemed irritated that I booked through a 3rd party and had to get my email. The rest of the stay the front desk and staff were very friendly.
