Great Food and scenery.

I went to Domingo. I was very happy with the brunch on Saturday however I was with a large group of people and the waiter was not very friendly. A friend was there who had had the waiter before and said that this attitude was typical for them. Additionally, our reservation was messed up where we booked a table and were told it would most likely be outside. So I had my family book another reservation outside. When we arrived we were told the table would be inside with the others outside. When we alerted the hostess of the mistake she said "I have a note here you specifically requested inside" which was not true and showed no attempt to work with us despite there being multiple tables available outside.

The beds were very comfortable and the showers were nice.

I didn’t like all the traffic and the charges they have for Valet parking. I got an email stating it was $65 for the valet parking but once we checked out they let me know that the total was going to be 97.00 because they added an $18.00 fee for something that I was supposed to use as credit at the restaurant and another fee for using the facility’s. Was not aware of all of that. It takes a while before the valet brings your vehicle it’s a hassle.

We did not have the breakfast. It was a little farther to river than we expected but was still a fairly easy walk. The bed was very comfortable and the valet staff was wonderful. When we arrived the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. They were very attentive and made our stay very pleasant.

The charge for valet parking was higher than we expected and wasn't mentioned when we booked. However, it was very convenient and was worth paying the price.

Valet and Hotel Staff were on point, very friendly and helpful and made our arrival wonderful, kicked off our mother/daughter getaway to a great start. Location is perfect and loved the water/ice station!!!!!!! Coffee maker and options were great. Bar and Restaurant are very nice and food was delicious.

We so enjoyed the crew at Otra, the view was a PLUS but we wish there had been more wine options, we were limited to bubbles only (not complaining) but would have loved a nice bottle of wine with our dinner later that evening, we never would have left the hotel .....

No breakfast provided, but there was a restaurant connected which was nice. I loved the decor, how quite the room was and the filtered water but sadly no ice machines were working so I had to go to front desk. Safe in the room was also nice and the refrigerator drawer was special. I also thought your valet service staff was great and gave additional help when I needed directions when walking around the area. Adam at the front desk was fantastic at check in and gave us new ideas for our visit which we did and loved. I would definitely return to your hotel and suggest it to my friends and family.

The price of valet parking was really steep. As there was available parking at a ramp just a block away for $10 a night versus your $55 if felt rather high. I do know that helps cover valet staff but it still felt high. I did use it as I knew the festival of flowers was going to begin while we were there.

Beautiful hotel, with a great location by the riverwalk. The hotel has a nice bar and restaurant, and a fitness room that has what you need for an easy workout. Great view from the hotel room on the 19th floor.

We only have two complaints. We didn´t get housekeeping even though we asked for it. Staff was super friendly though, and came to our room with fresh towels as soon as we pointed it out. Also, the duvet had two sheets covering it, not proper covers, which felt a bit nasty as the sheets came off during the night.

The bed/pillows were so comfortable! The room was lovely and clean. If you have the opportunity, make sure to check out the Domingo restaurant, drinks and food were fantastic. Super handy location, right across the road from the Aztec theatre which is where we were looking for and right on the Riverwalk.

Room was described to have a Riverwalk view.... it's didn't, but great sized windows.

The front desk staff was extremely welcoming and kind upon arrival. Also, when asking for a late check out, they were happy to accommodate and did inform me it would be complementary due to my Hilton Member status. I was grateful for the extension and communication. And the morning in room coffee was perfection!

I wish the bar and rest. were open a little later due to the close proximity to the theatres. At least midnight for food as some shows do not end until about 1030-11pm, but other than that, all was fantastic.

Location is fabulous, right in the middle of San Antonio on the Riverwalk, it couldn't have been better for sightseeing. We ate in the hotel, and had breakfast and the quality was excellent, and staff were friendly and very helpful. I did use the office facilities as well for a couple of work calls and these are also excellent. Top hotel, great environment for family break and a little business.

Parking is a tad expensive, but that's San Antonio really, hard to see how a hotel could build it's own parking facility in the middle of the city.... The only other element was the constant aircon that seemed impossible to switch off, great if it's roasting in Texas, but we stayed during a cold spell....

Loved everything about the room! The bed and bedding were so comfortable. The shower was fabulous, and the extra touches such as large amounts of toiletries, robes & complimentary loofah sponge were wonderful. The air-conditioning worked great, and the cold concrete floors felt so good on my hot, tired feet!

I was so disappointed to learn that the hotel does not have a pool, especially in this heat. I also could not determine if the facility offers room service. I searched everywhere and sent a text with no response. Lastly, while the valet attendants are amazing, the set-up is not. Cars are basically in traffic rather than a dedicated area off the street.
