The rooms were spacious and nice,

When we 1st arrived our room was on the 10th floor. We got no sleep at all because we were right under the swimming pool, and could hear the machinery turning on and off All night long. Also the shower soap dispenser was broken, we could still use them but still. At a fancy hotel such as this one everything should be on point. The Spanish lady, Concierge on site Thurs-Sat did make it right, so kudos to her for switching us to another room right away, still the bathroom caddy were also broken? I don't think their housekeeping reports these issues. Breakfast was the normal breakfast, nothing to brag about.

Excellent location on the riverwalk and close to all the activities ( 10 minute walk to the Alamo) Breakfast was included and good for kids and sufficient for adults Rooms are spacious and seperate lounge area, biggest we stayed in on trip Has a laundry and gym on bottom floor Staff were all very friendly Its a family hotel

Pool is small and in hot area on rooftop, couple of families with kids and it full..its not really for lying around if that's your thing. Shop at reception is helpful,but really expensive ,walk 50 meters to the supermarket better

Bed: comfortable. Number of pillow varieties Lighting: plenty of well positioned lights and a nightlight! Breakfast: fine. Adequate. Some variety. Loved the Texas shaped waffles. Fresh fruit always a plus, could use more! Great seating area and TV’s and views! Plenty of good coffee. Rooftop pool!!! Helpful staff, especially Gabby. Quiet, comfortable. Spacious room. Easy access and great location.

I loved the location. I loved the hot breakfast in the morning. The room and beds were comfortable.

The bathroom did not have towel racks! The only rack was situated over the toilet and did not provide enough room to actually hang a bath towel. There was also the door handle on the shower. I would have appreciated another available rack on the wall. This encourages conservation! Wet towels can be hung up to dry and be reused. I as a little disappointed in the kitchen.

Love how the hotel is right by the Riverwalk, for easy access and has a great view for when lounging by the lobby Complimentary Breakfast had a lot to choose from like Waffles, Danishes, Fruits Love how the hotel bathroom has a full bottle of body lotion by the vanity, as well as refillable shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, mounted to the shower wall.

SofaBed could've been better, if the mattress was replaced. No support as it's been flattened after been used many times. Shower Head in the bathroom could've been scrubbed, since there's noticeable buildup of deposits.

Like, the space in the room and location. Dislike, the loading and unloading of parking. If someone is available, they would move your vehicle so you can comfortably get your things together, but if not, people coming in are impatient and rude. I had a family of 6. It takes a moment to load and unload, and people were acting like I should have been out of the way.

Liked the location. The view of the river from the lounge/ dining area is nice. The room was clean but could do with some refreshing. The staff was friendly and provided help quickly. I would stay there again.

The breakfast should end at 10:30, not 9:30. The gym is too small and has a slight odor. The beds need updating. The air-conditioner was loud and needs to be upgraded.

Location, staff, rooms were clean and comfy.

Rooms did not have a safe. Front desk offered a safety deposit box located at the front desk. That just doesn't work. Valet and self park options were pricey. Breakfast options were the same each day.

Location to everything we wanted to see. Very comfortable beds and suite accommodated our needs. Kids loved the waffles. Loved coming home to suite after our daily excursions. Hotel is a little old, but very beautiful. Could use more staff. Could tell housekeeping was overwhelmed. Valet team were cordial and accommodating as was front desk and breakfast staff.

Room hadn't been vacuumed, obvious cake crumbs on floor. Shower head was broken. Only faced outwards and wet up floor if used. Tub had rings around it when we got there; had not been cleaned. Tub was peeling. My partner had to request cleaning supplies to make room comfortable to sleep the first night. Didn't have enough towels for 5 guests, only three, had to repeatedly go get or ask for additional towels. TV had limited channels that showed same shows over and over again.

The staff was good. The place was relatively clean. The location on the river walk was great. The breakfast was better than most places but often ran out on certain foods (like oatmeal) routinely. The breakfast area was well maintained.

The pool was cold. There were no towels in the pool area. There was no information on food in the area or what to go and do as a family. Also, we had ants in our room.
