I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff was friendly and eager to help. The complimentary continental breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, which was a nice bonus. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of breakfast food. The hotel was about 15 minutes from the Riverwalk and about 30 minutes from the Caverns traveling by car. Parking is free.

The pool opens too late 10 a.m. and is closed too early 10 p.m. Hours 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. would be better.

The TV was stuck on one channel. We didn’t notice this until after we unpacked all of our stuff and we weren’t in the mood to move to another room.

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The bed and pillows were super comfortable!! Dove soap and shampoo in the restrooms, breakfast was super good also! The location was good, rooms were super clean and staff was super nice. I would definitely stay here again when visiting San Antonio!

Facility was very clean.. The breakfast was Great.. worth waking up on time for .. I say that cause I woke up late the first day . I caught the end of it but it was still food left. The guy up front Matt was pretty cool and friendly…I would definitely recommend this place to anyone .. The only thing I didn’t like was the jacuzzi area was closed that weekend That was one of the main things that attracted me there…but I understand it was 54 degrees . It was still worth it. Me and my wife had a great Anniversary..

The house keepers were a little slow getting to our room to clean and give us fresh towels

The included breakfast was actually good! Other places just have stale pastries or cereal but this place had a wide selection. I also like that this location feel relatively safe and it is relatively clean

I was annoyed there were some mystery stains on walls and on the chair in my room plus the Keurig was dirty but those issues would not stop me from staying here again or recommending it to others. I’m also not a fan of that $50 hold it takes too long to be removed

Out of the way from all the traffic , liked that they were restaurants close by ! taco cabana, Whataburger,…like they have one entrance after certain hours at night and security to watch your vechile so u could rest at ease , very clean

Just that it only has 1 elevator😕

The hotel staff was extremely friendly. Also, for breakfast, they give you the option to serve your food on a to-go container so you can enjoy it in your room. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well stocked with toiletries.

It’s not the hotel’s fault, but it is 15-20 mins away from most of the places I needed to go. There’s a lot of construction near the area.

All of it, the Hotel was so clean the pool was nice and clean the morning Breakfast, both mornings was great. Would stay there again if I happen to need a place in that part San Antonio in the future

Not a big deal but the bathroom lighting is a little dim. But I know they are low usage lamps.

What I like about the facility is the breakfast. They have variety of breakfast food you can choose from. I also like how the hotel isn’t too far from the river walk, it was only 15 minutes away.
