I really enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. Location was perfect and facility was clean. The beds were so comfortable I slept like a baby especially after a long flight. The room was always cleaned everyday. They served free breakfast in the morning and coffee all day. They had a small gym good enough to get a quick workout in and they also had a laundry room with coin operated washer and dryer. I would definitely book this hotel again if I ever come back to San Antonio again.

The only issue I had was a baby scorpion in my room. I’m just happy it didn’t sting me otherwise it would have been very painful.

Staff was great, helpful. Room were super clean, prefect stay.

Upon arriving and checked in. As a disable vet l was having alittle bit carrying my bag . A staff member noticed and ask to assist me. Next morning l was returning from lobby having my morning coffee. I was wearing my Army veteran cap and hall was a cleaning assistant, she notice me as l was passing her part she said " Good Morning Sir, thank you for your service" that was very nice greeting that made my day with a smile.

I wish I remembered the name of the man at the front desk who checked me in (it might have been Michael?) but he was absolutely amazing. There was some slight mix ups with getting me a room with a bathtub, but he truely went out of his way to make sure I got the accomadations I wanted and had a great sense of humor about it, never being annoyed or frustrated. The Breakfast was also definitely one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had in my travels. Overall this was a very comfortable and wonderful stay!

Nice access to the highway. Breakfast was also good. Check In and out was easy. The staff were also friendly.

Overall the experience was nice. Sometimes you could hear people walking upstairs but that's to be expected at most hotel facilities when people are up late. It's nothing really the hotel could control. Nevertheless it was a nice experience.

Not bad the breakfast potatoes could have been cooked a little longer, the sausage was alittle cold other then that it was good

The shower rod was rusty the toilet felt loose when sitting down on it the bottom outside of the tub could use some caulking and the top of the shower the same overall everything was good

Hotel is good and clean, nice facilities and nice staff. confortable rooms and safe, Breakfast is light but is good, what I like is that the hotel in the the highway so you can continue your travel without delays

I loved the location, ac feel, cleanliness and the room looks breakfast.

The guests were in and out of their rooms at several hours of the night and loud. No need for intervention. But it was noticeable.

Customer service was amazing, especially Nora! She made us feel right at home the second we walked in.

Breakfast was amazing with so much variety and a pancake maker!! The layout of the room was convenient and spacious! The beds were comfortable and I loved all the outlets everywhere. Lighting was more than adequate.

Pillows could have been a bit more firm but besides that, all good things to say!

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable!! The guy at the front desk was so very nice and pleasant to my husband and I ❤️
