The king suite was great! Traveling with my partner and two kids it was nice having that little separation of the French doors between the two “rooms”/beds, while still being in the same room. Loved the two entrance doors at either side of the building and being so close to the pool and lobby. Ac was super cold, two tvs , two sinks, mini fridge and microwave worked fine. Housekeeping came by and did replace what we needed and was friendly. As was the guy checking us in.

The pool could’ve been cleaner, maybe even just skimmed to get rid of some of the bugs/leaves at the top but at least it was opened. Breakfast was the same two days in a row, nothing new, basic eggs sausage links pancakes and biscuits. Could’ve used some packets of salt/pepper and/or hot sauce. I will also say, some of the linen did appear.. stained.

I love that the location was central to everything we had planned. There were a few good places to eat. I also like how large our room was. It was clean and a great value. The staff was friendly and they gave a cute little welcome bag that had snacks and toiletries. Overall I would highly recommend this inn

The room smelled a little when we first got in. Kind of like the smell after the room has been treated for pest. One one hand that’s good because there were no critters but we had to spray freshener in the room to get rid of that smell

I liked the complimentary gift box! It was cute! I liked that they had a lot of traveling brochures to explore the city! If you’re fine with a quick munch for breakfast, they offer small food items like pastries, cereal, yogurt, etc.

It was a bit hot in the building where my room was located but I’m not sure if that’s due to occupancy reasons and to save on AC which is totally understandable! I felt better in my room where I could adjust the AC!

My partner and I had a wonderful one-night stay at Quality Inn & Suites. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our plans, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. We especially appreciated the quiet and restful environment. A great value for the price, and we'd definitely stay here again!

The Location is fantastic .. literally 10 mins to The River Walk and The Alamo. The pool is lovely .. could be heated just a little more. Good parking The rooms are vast. Great value for money.

On arrival the entire foyer floor was wet (not damp) from cleaning and the cleaning substances overpowered me as I entered. Not a welcoming first impression. No freezer in the little fridge. The coffee maker had seen better days and hadn't been cleaned for a long time .. there was still a used, manky pod in it. Breakfast is meagre.

I really liked the location. It was close to where it needed to be. My grandson was getting married at 2 pm Sat. December 30, and his brother and I needed a place for the night. I did have to pay $35 extra to check in early (12:30) noon. We needed to get dressed for the wedding after a 4 hr. drive. The hotel was literally empty the entire night. The following morning, we went to the main building for breakfast about 5 min. after 9 am only to be told breakfast was over at 9.

I like most about this hotel is that the staff even though I were not a resident allow me to grab a couple of pieces of sausage and a egg for breakfast one morning and then checking in yesterday was refreshing easy and worth it I had a great time enjoyed my stay and really wanted to continue to stay but they don't do weeklies overall five stars for me

What I didn't like about the reservation is once I got into the room I checked all of the items and things in the room to make sure they were okay and the refrigerator did not shut which means the food that I had brought I was not able to keep cool so that did upset me when I went to the front desk to inform the front desk clerk about it he were going to relocate me to another room on the first floor. I didn't want to be on the first floor so he accommodated me back to the same room but overall the state was great and he was absolutely remarkable

The location, the room was nice and close to a lot of locations food, mall, etc.

The a/c began to leak into the room after long usage and also the smoke detector wasn’t working properly. Outside trash containers were overflowing everyday. They definitely need to hire more staff/housekeepers to maintain the property better.

I enjoyed the pool on a hot day. The bed was comfy and soft. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The overall smell of the hotel was musty. We did have to switch rooms because of the overwhelming musty smell. The hot tub was not functioning. The location was near a very busy highway and train line.

I had an amazing time here! The bed was quite comfortable, and the room was immaculate. The free Wi-Fi was greatly appreciated, as it operated without a hitch the entire time I was there. The personnel was incredibly cordial and eager to assist with any questions I had. I felt comfortable and well-cared for overall.
