Location is everything.

We’ve stayed at this facility for the last 5 years. The property is deteriorating with little or no repair. The staff has been given over from the owner and his immediate family to the next generation who seems to not care. Had to ask five times for a simple question. Went to breakfast with the intention of staying until check out time but the desk staff said we had checked out early and had housekeeping clean only to come back to the facility to be told we were not allowed back in the room. Staff didn’t seem to understand our request to revisit the room and housekeeping blocked the door and refused entry. Waiting to speak to management or Wyndham now

Everything went smooth and the clerks were nice , polite and very helpful.

One of the door had deficulty open it so everyday we had to ask the clerk for help. The other thing you should not let men drink in pool area its for family fun not for men to be drinking and being disrespectful to my daughters.

How clean and affordable it was

The pool was freezing and I was told that's just the way it is. I truly hope they get their pool warm or spend the necessary equipment to ensure it's warm.

Should clean front bathroom. For yourselves alot of time to do so don't say doesn't work say employees only be happy in your position love what you do smile once in awile

Frowns, , use mildew resistant paint in shower walls scrape ceiling make it flat paint easier to cover popcorn to hard to patch without making huge mess

Super close to the Frost Bank. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. They have some complementary breakfast.

Location is close to everything. We stay at this hotel almost exclusively when we come to San Antonio. Quiet. The pool was immaculate. Bed was comfortable.

Shower water only ever got to warm and fixture felt like it was not secure in the wall.

Bed was comfortable and ac was fabulous. Pool was a good size and the location was very convenient to where we had to go. Will be going back.

Everything was exceptionally clean and organized.

I was informed when booking that there would've been complimentary breakfast. However, the morning I wanted to get breakfast, there was nothing available. Only a quarter gallon of milk and a bit of cereals. There were no bowls, utensils, cups for coffee, or anything other than that.
