The staff was excellent. Anything that we needed, they were on top of it.The room was huge. I liked the fact that it had 2 sinks and double doors for privacy. It had 2 tvs, a microwave, a mini fridge.

I got room 124 when we inspected the room. The bathtub was dirty. The girl at the front moved us to room 118. Having 2 little kids and luggage was a challenge. When i inspected room 118, one of the beds was tilted. There were no towels. Pillows were not the best they were flat. However, the towel issue was fixed, and staff took care of that promptly. There was a big hole on the wall. On top of that, I had to leave a 100 deposit. I sincerely think it needs better management.

There is not a real breakfast but you get a breakast box to go. I didn’t liked the coffee either.

I was expecting a delivery and when I asked if my delivery arrived without them checking they told me nothing was delivered. After my stay ended I called and was told my delivery had arrived. I travelled back only to find my delivery was not delivered. This could have been avoided if they had just checked. So if you need to have something delivered I would stay somewhere else. If not it would be a good place to stay.

Could be more to offer Tamara Williams the house keeper was very helpful and the laundry room attendant Renae wright was helpful with my towels and linens when asked overall good all of the ladies were good I watched them pickup all the trash my neighbors in room 205 left out a lot of trash the check in and out male worker checked me out was awesome the ladies were cleaning all that mess they all had good team work

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the range of amenities offered. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with its own bathroom and comfortable family room, making it feel like a home away from home.

front desk clerks were helpful! we had been given a room where tv didn’t work and once they confirmed that tv didn’t work we were offered to switch rooms

pool wasn’t as clean as i have seen it in the past and they advertise breakfast but there was nothing but juice and coffee

My expectations were surpassed by this accommodation! The hotel room offered everything you needed, including a microwave and mini fridge, and was immaculate. I liked that everything was kept fresh with the daily cleaning service. After a long day, the outdoor pool was a wonderful place to relax.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The non-smoking room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Most of everything. We are a big family and 2 bedroom room was outstanding. This is our second time and we will keep coming back. Of course it's not a 5 star, it does smell like an old hotel but the price it's reasonable 😉

I travel frequently for work, and this hotel has become one of my go-to hotels in San Antonio. The rooms are always clean and well-appointed, and the staff is consistently friendly and accommodating.
