I have been staying at this hotel now a little over a week. I am forever grateful because not only do I work front desk as well for a hotel here in San Antonio, but I also receive the quality of customer service that I put out is exceptional and remarkable for me. and this location and the staff have distributed some of the top of the line customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. I did not like the fact that I was short on my room one day and wasn't able to pay at the appointed time. But I love and appreciate how the staff accommodated me, respected me, and understood me and allowed me to make the payment later on that evening. Thanks again, so much, super 8 staff.

The quiet rooms at this hotel impressed me as a light sleeper. Despite being in the heart of the city, the rooms are very peaceful, so you may sleep well. During my prolonged stay, the washing facilities were useful, and the multilingual staff was friendly.

I like that the hotel clean and the south was very polite and friendly.

I did not like that the hotel stated non-smoking, but yet there was smoking within the hotel that could be smelled throughout the halls. Also that the elevator was out of service.

We loved everything and everyone, we will miss the entire staff. The hospitality is great it felt like home. We stayed for about 2 weeks while we found our new home. If I am ever asked if it is a good place to stay I will definitely recommend it with ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I can't complain

As a parent, I'm always looking for safe, comfortable places to stay when I'm away with my family. This hotel gave us the peace of mind and reassurance we needed. Our room was clean and contained all the features necessary to ensure a smooth and stress-free trip - key card access and daily housekeeping in particular. But most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They played a vital role in making our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

THE BREAKFAST WAS DISAPOINTING. IT WAS MORE LIKE A GRAB AND GO. I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO SEE A HOT BREAKFAST OFFERED AT THIS LOCATION. ALSO, BREAKFAST WAS ONLY AVAILABLE UNTIL 9AM. THAT WOULD MAKE YOU GET UP EARLY TO GET IT.

BETTER BREAKFAST OPTION. ALSO,WE ASKED FOR AN EXTRA PILLOW, AND THE ATTENDANT SAID THAT WE WERE ONLY ALLOWED TO HAVE THE 3 THAT CAME IN THE ROOM.

I can't recommend this hotel enough! From the 24-hour front desk service to the well-equipped fitness center, they truly prioritize guest satisfaction. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the free high-speed internet was a lifesaver for my work.

The fact that there was NO breakfast options. I can't eat yogurt so I didn't get anything. We had to be up early and gone every morning and we had to find breakfast elsewhere. VERY disappointing
