I found the bed surprisingly comfortable and appreciated amenities like the pool and daily breakfast. The breakfast buffet was basic, offering mostly continental snacks and cereal, but it was a nice touch for a budget-friendly stay.

I have been staying at this hotel now a little over a week. I am forever grateful because not only do I work front desk as well for a hotel here in San Antonio, but I also receive the quality of customer service that I put out is exceptional and remarkable for me. and this location and the staff have distributed some of the top of the line customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. I did not like the fact that I was short on my room one day and wasn't able to pay at the appointed time. But I love and appreciate how the staff accommodated me, respected me, and understood me and allowed me to make the payment later on that evening. Thanks again, so much, super 8 staff.

The person next to me had a door that she had to slam for door to close, this was very annoying and frustrating, couldn't rest or sleep well and loud talking in room and in front of my door!

I did not like that the hotel stated non-smoking, but yet there was smoking within the hotel that could be smelled throughout the halls. Also that the elevator was out of service.

i didnt know that if u book by booking .com u couldnt receive a refund it was kinda far for us to stay n we couldnt transfer to a closer super 8 since we were not from san antonio n i didnt know that so we had no choice but to stay there.
