The location was very convenient to what it is that my schedule was conducted about and you know the people who are really nice

I didn't like that I paid a deposit and they didn't notate it in my account and they refused to give me a deposit return on my refund when I checked out that's the only thing I didn't like other than that it was okay they stated that I never paid a deposit I didn't understand that cuz I the man that even check me in was the one that showed me out and he knows I paid a deposit he just didn't know take my account

Don’t believe the bad reviews! The staff is great, friendly, and they’ll work with you within reason. The location is probably the most convenient I’ve seen so far. The deposit isn’t expensive neither is the pet deposit. The rooms are clean and well insulated. The water gets hot as hell but that’s a good thing! still haven’t come across 1 roach.

The 1 bad thing I could say I’ve witnessed during my stay is the locals, but management is always quick to escort them off the premises. Oh and the WiFi doesn’t work that great unless you’re by the window but those are my only complaints. I’ve stayed in much nicer and dealt with much worse. This motel is a win all day!

They need to clean better outside the property and the room had coins from a previous guest. The floor was sticky . The remote did not even had batteries, the toilet was dirty. They need to work in the property. Also they send me and email saying that I was allowed to check in early 11am and when I went to the property they said until 3pm.

It's an old building but the bedroom was just the right size for a single person. The bed was extremely comfortable. And the air conditioner worked very well.

I'm a 300 lb man that seems to always be put on the third floor. I guess I will end up working off those pounds. On the second day my door key didn't work and had to get it reprogrammed. Which trying to speak with the man at the window is like decoding classified documents because of glass density and accent issues. $20 deposit that was unknown during booking.

Kavonna the woman at front desk was very nice, knowledge and made sure our experience here was good. I like the value for the room cheapest hotel stay I think I ever had to pay.

Room has roaches and could of been cleaned better, the first room we were given TV didn't work. Thanks to Kavonna she made the experience better by giving us a different room.

stayed here months ago and don't remember it being this comfortable. the room was clean, restroom was clean and the manager was friendly. never saw him before and even let me checkin early. small fee was charged gor that but at the time it was rainy, cold and I was freezing from outside. it was enough to convince me to stay a second night.

there was a room on opposite side who had atleast 5 or 6 dogs. so when someone would walk by all those huge dogs would bark st one time and kept on for a few minutes

Front desk agent Carvona has delivered exceptional customer service and support. She always has a warm welcoming smile, she knows how to make effort to ensure my stay is a great and comfortable one. I really appreciate all she has done for me everytime I book a room. A much needed raise if I had the power to do so for such a hard worker. Thank you again.

What I liked best was the front agent Carvona who always delivers great customer service. Ensures that I am pleased and happy with my stay. Gives the most warm and radiant smile that you can't help but to smile back as well. I will be there soon.

I can't complain it beats sleeping on the street or your own vehicle. Something better than nothing.

The floor had a lot of animal hair and the tub was dirty the mirror was dirty.
