We did not eat the dinner as we had plans with family to eat out. But we thought that was very nice to have complimentary dinner and drinks included. The breakfast had a large variety and good quality food. The bed was very comfortable.

Several (at least 5) cars were broken into in the parking garage. Mine was not, but the thought that it could easily have been is disturbing.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional, I've been coming to San Antonio about 4 times a year for the last 4 years and have been trying different hotels every time I came; until we found this hotel. This will be where we stay from now on, The service, room size, amenities, breakfast, indoor pool, gated parking garage with security, not to mention that they have the fastest wifi I've ever experienced in a hotel room to name a few. I was able to run Call of Duty warzone on my PS5 Pro with no problem while streaming a movie on my iPad at the same time! This place is simply awesome!

That we couldn't stay longer!

Every time I stay at the Drury , it’s always an excellent stay. The staff especially Diego goes above and beyond every time I deal with him. I want to say the female on dayshifts name was Maria and there is another female on nights but for the life of me, I can’t remember or would even insult her by trying to pronounce her name. But she is absolutely amazing. there was a manager that I spoke to after my stay this week and I just gave him some positive feedback about how much we enjoy the facilities and the staff. He like everyone else there was amazing, gracious, and most of all thankful for set feedback and for our business. I have not ever had any one person Give me any kind of grief. They always try to solve whatever issue I might have and 9.5 times out of 10 they have. We are loyal customers, and I swear by the Drury, its staff, and the amenities. The hotel was clean throughout, the breakfast was good with a variety to choose from, the employees were super nice, the water for our showers was hot, the parking garage was a big plus, and we really liked that luggage racks were in the parking garage for us to use when we arrived. It made it super easy for us to take all our luggage and everything all at once! We will definitely stay again when we’re back in San Antonio. There was a lot of construction but we had no problems getting to and from the hotel.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about our stay.

Comfortable beds, Clean, good parking. Good breakfast options, loved the coke machine! But, there is a lot of construction going on around the hotel. GPS kept detouring our route to get in and get out (not the hotel’s fault) but just a heads up. Also if you get a room on the front of the hotel you will heat the construction trucks all night long! The elevators took so long to come up. We had to take the stairs.

We stayed at this Drury last Fall and enjoyed our stay then. The rooms and hotel were very clean. We enjoy the breakfast and the Kickback in the evening. The staff there are very kind and helpful.

The first night of our stay we heard the noise from on construction on 1604 all night long and didn’t rest much. The next morning we shared that with the front desk staff (we know this is not the hotels fault) and they switched us to a room on the opposite side on a different floor for our second nights stay. We definitely slept well that night. We appreciated the accommodation.

The room and the view were excellent. I enjoyed the large terrace where I could watch daybreak every morning. The fencing increased safety and did not interfere with the view. It did take a day to finally turn the channel guide over and see that there were more stations on the reverse so that I could find my favorites. Breakfast started early enough for an early riser like me. Not the greatest selection, but I rarely eat breakfast. The bathroom was spacious and exactly what I wanted, so that I could enjoy a bath followed by a shower. The sink drainage area really needs a deep clean. Looking in the mirror I noted black sludge in the upper drain. That would be my one and only complaint. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of soft fluffy pillows. As single traveler, I felt safe and comfortable in this hotel.

The morning coffee tray was placed where there was no plug. When I moved it to the bathroom near a plug, I did not receive a coffee refill for the next morning. I finally moved it to the desk, where there is a plug, and it was refilled with coffee, cream and sugar.

Parking was free and was in a parking garage attached to the building. Room key was required to access the parking garage and the elevator vestibules in the garage. Very comfortable bedding.

If you are choosing this hotel because Applebee's is right next door-- DON'T! Made the mistake of going to Applebee's because it was so convenient to be able to just walk over, it was one of the worst meals I have ever had. The Bacon Chicken Sandwich (emphasis on SAND) was inedible and we ended up driving to an actual restaurant for dinner.

It was very convenient to have the meal area both morning and evening. We were not in San Antonio for vacation; I had knee replacement surgery. The hotel was close to the hospital so it was easy for my husband to go back and forth. It was very nice for him to be able to have a couple of beers and a snack in the early evening right there at the hotel. Also the breakfast made things easier for him just to grab a quick meal before he had to be at the hospital.

While at a nearby restaurant the evening we arrived our truck was broken into. Nothing much was taken but the lock in now damaged and in need of repair. Having the parking garage, rather than just an open lot, was a huge plus. We wish guest would have had to use the key card to exit the garage.

We loved the spacious suites and the friendly staff! The hotel was very clean. Super close to fun things to do and not a bad 15-20 min drive to downtown!!

Not any fault of their own, but right now they are at the corner of some extensive highway construction and it makes for super tricky entry and exit from the property! All but one entrance/ exit was closed so sometimes we had to go way out of the way (down the frontage road and around the highway) just to get a street over!
