Location and room was very nice

I don’t understand why they have changed the parking. They now charge for parking and this is not an area where parking is in high demand or a covered area. It does not make sense that they are charging and10 dollars a day. I don’t get why they have added this extra charge when we already pay for amenities etc. This hotel is not located downtown and there is no other option for parking. It makes zero sense to ask guests if they would like to park if we are staying there what would you like us to do and this when was not mentioned when booking the room.

I love the location and the amenities. When we first booked and arrived we thought we were going to have the greatest experience until the end of the trip. On the morning of checkout day at 9 AM. We got a surprise visit from one of the housekeeping staff members. We were still asleep, and in our bed. We were awaken by the terrifying realization that someone was coming into our room unannounced. My husband jumped out of bed terrified that someone would come into the most private state we were in. We take our privacy very seriously and couldn’t understand why someone was coming in. Thankfully we had used the security lock and had help the unknown intruder from coming In. I quickly put on clothes and walked outside… I asked the lady at the door “ what was happening?”. She said in a broken English “no it’s okay… sorry”. I said what do you mean… she mentioned that front office had told her that the room was already checked out, and she had made a mistake. I said. “ That’s terrible misinformation and miscommunication from you all… this can not be happening. And went back to my room. Three seconds later, the phone was ringing, and my husband answered… he was asked if we were OK and that someone had reported an incident with one of the staff. my husband said we were OK. We were just really concerned about them walking in without knocking and waiting for an answer…. After experiencing such an unfortunate event, we gathered our belongings and made our way downstairs to check out….At check out I noticed a small note on the counter that stated “ my name And room #- yelled at house keeping staff.” Right when I thought things could’ve not gotten any worse. it was such a ridiculous thing because I realize in that instant that the housekeeping individual had reported the incident and reported that I had yelled at her instead of stating what she did: I am completely appalled, and completely disrespected by her actions. We had such a beautiful time until the end… unfortunate!!

The manager had nothing to say there is no one there that could help us with what happened and they failed us and our privacy. Completely horrible.

Like always it was impeccable, starting with the amazing staff at the front desk. Front desk attendant noticed it was my birthday and he gave me a free parking pass, nothing but great attention to detail on their part. This made my weekend extra special. Thank you again

So far we as a family haven’t found anything to complain about so we love it!

The location is perfect and the entire hotel was perfect too. The front desk attendant was very helpful and friendly. His name was Jakob.

Very low hot water temperature. The night desk attendant was very rude when I explained to her that I had misplaced the key and requested one, since I had the other key inside the room. Not a good experience.

Rooms are well appointed and beds were comfortable. I rented two adjoining rooms and found the double doors adequately blocked the noise from my daughter’s loud group of friends. So bonus star on that alone.

Outside pool with no shade covering.

Very nice attention at the front desk. Very good recommendations for going out for lunch or breakfast on the day after.

Kitchen was closed when I arrived with not many options. However, the lady at the front desk did her best to find something for me.

Clean and stink free . Some stains on hallway walls may be from water who knows.

The pool size is too small for adults but good for little children.

Friendly and helpful staff and clean comfortable room.

Difficult to reach due to road construction in the area. Believed breakfast was free. It is not!

Friendly staff clean facilities and great location to Fiesta Texas.

Free coffee downstairs would be nice.

Location, outdoor games, water in lobby, laundry on our floor.

High prices at bistro. No cups in gym, scale didn't work.
