The room location was awesome it was comfortable and close to the pool. Location was close to the places we had to go. Also, there wasn't a lot of people making noise like in other Hotels, we actually had a good night rest.

Breakfast was a flop, woke up early to get breakfast and some lady had taken all the scrambled eggs and sausage. I had to go out an get breakfast for my husband and myself. But no worries maybe next time we stay I'll beat someone else to breakfast lol.

Nice and quiet, bed very comfortable, breakfast was the same thing each day but good. parking area very clean

a tad outdated, more amenities a small area for toothpaste, aspirin, band aids, snacks for purchase would be nice. The hotel is isolated from the major highway which is great it you want quiet.

Staff was really great overall. The stay was comfortable, and the location very quiet couldn't beat the price

They seemed to be rushing when we checked in as soon as we got in the room we noticed paper plates under the bed and cheerios with a lot of snack wrappers left from previous guest and the bathroom there was a lot of hair that didn't belong to us

The breakfast was good with a variety of choices choices. The location was perfect, close to the hospital my husband had to attend and it was clean and peaceful. Everything in the room was very neat and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

What I didn’t like is that we weren’t there for pleasure 😢😢 , it was for medical purposes. There wasn’t anything not to like. Like I said , we enjoyed our stay considering it wasn’t a pleasure trip.

Comfy beds

It wasn't very clean the first day we arrived. There was hair in the bathroom, and the toilet paper was already used and had hair on it. The toilet paper wasn't vacuumed properly and was partly coming loose. On our second night, at 6 a.m., they started mowing the grass, and it was so noisy that we couldn't get a good night's sleep.

Bed was very comfortable. Loved different choices in pillows. Air conditioner worked. Room was comfortable with big screen TV which had HBO, Cinemax, and 100 other channels. Breakfast was good with protein (eggs and sausage) which i need. Other carb foods were also available. For a free breakfast I thought it was excellent.

Location was good, easy to get to services, downtown ($13 Uber). Close to good restaurants and UTSA. We stayed for the Final 4 weekend and also got to Seaworld.

A little more variety at breakfast would have been good, but I can't complain really. staff were great and very helpful so I would recommend this hotel.

Amazing view very comfy beds.

The 1st room 401 the lock to the top was missing completely I didn't feel safe with my children. And the lock to the door in room 221 when I rented the 2nd time didn't lock completely and again I didn't feel safe with my children. So in both areas I had to use the chair to block the door. Other than that it was nice.

It was really nice, pretty peaceful most of the staff was very nice and respectful! Hotel room was very clean and I like that they had lotion in the restroom!

nothing too bad but I feel like they could have bigger TVs in the rooms, also they never turned down the room after the 3 nights I stayed not even once.

The breakfast wasn’t the best but I’ve been coming to the same hotel for the past 3 years and just started eating the breakfast. But overall I always love sleeping here. Most definitely will see you guys again! I need to start getting points every time I come!
