It’s inexpensive, clean, free breakfast, a clean pool and in a location convenient to my needs

Only reason I’m going down a few points this time is their lack of towels. I repeatedly had to go down to their front desk to ask for more towels to go swimming, but the front desk person would just give a random time to come back. It came to the point someone on the cleaning staff had told me there were towels to swim, I asked the person at the front desk and they said there were no towels. I asked that person to check, he did and came back with towels. Just didn’t like the inconvenience of this and the person at the front desk just brushing me off without knowing the truth.

Breakfast was ok. Location was just right to fit my needs.

Second night on the first floor we used the back east door and noticed that it was not locked. We told the receptionist at about 8:00. We went out the same way at about 9:30 and it was still opened. The next morning as we left the door was NOT locked. I told the morning receptionist that I was bothered that the problem was not resolved being that we were close to that entrance and any stranger with bad intentions could have easily come in.

Breakfast was full of variety and hot. The AC was cold. The staff was accommodating. Thank you for washer, dryer and detergent.

The floors were dirty in common areas. It needed to be swept and mopped even at night. The computer did not work at all. Outside was just not pleasing. Leaves everywhere and a dirty parking lot. Fixing these thing would make the place 4 star.

Booked the stay through Booking.com and for some reason, it was not reserved properly. I had 2 rooms reserved for 1 night and was only able to check into one room. The 2nd room was I was not able to check into so I had to pay for a 3rd room to get my family a place to sleep. Booking.com was hard to get ahold of and try to get the 2nd room straightened out but was not able to. In the end, I paid for 3 rooms and checked into 2 rooms.

Room was very comfortable. I requested a handicap room, but I did not receive one. I have a broken leg and it is hard to take a shower in a tub.

We did not get a handiap room as requested. Breakfast was completely out of hot entrees when we arrived at 8 am. The cereal was good, but that was all we had to choose from. The issue with virtual card was unacceptable from our perspective. We booked with Booking.com and that should be the end or it.

A very clean property with a good breakfast, it’s an upgrade from other places I’ve stayed in San Antonio, I’ve already booked my return for this property over a month out!

The only compliant I had is that my room there was a piece of carpet that was damaged and had a nail slightly up, room 141. Everything outside of this minor inconvenience was great!

We had a King suite for a family of 4. We knew we'd have a fold out. The room was spacious. There was lots of table and sitting space. We were able to borrow games to play outside. We also ate breakfast and dinner outside because the weather was nice out. Breakfast had a ok selection and we went back for snacks. We got more than we expected.

Our bath soap wasn't completely full. We had to milk the pump to get soap out of it to shower our stay was 1 night so we didn't feel like it was relevant to call house cleaning for. We wanted to check in sooner than 3pm. House cleaning didn't have anything ready so we went to our favorite SA Pho place to eat. Not really a big deal. Just a bit inconvenient.

The staff is excellent always so polite and friendly you feel like you have known them forever.

Our first night the toilet broke with no one to fix it until the next morning and they were problems with the pool the first day and a half. So we couldn't use it.

The pool was awesome and so was the breakfast

The air-conditioning unit was right by the bed which was quite cold and noisy

Breakfast and the the employees service. They pay attention to details an trash in the hallway. When you call to front desk they act fast. The ladies cleaning the rooms always ask if you need something. The woman at the breakfast always keeping everything clean and refueling all the thing at the table.
