really I liked everything to be honest. extremely quiet for being next to I-10. plenty of food choices within walking distance. the staff by far hands down friendliest and attentive to the guests needs. they offer nightly,weekly,and monthly prices. it's not to hard to get comfortable here. if your ever in need of a room I highly recommend flex studios. cause their biggest flex is they don't have to flex they just keep it simple and let you be you.

Staff was wonderfully friendly and accommodating. Beautifully furnished room, granite countertops, and a surprise to me, a kitchenette, including small sink with a stopper and high gooseneck faucet (I can wash my hair comfortably in there!, should I want to!). It also has a sleek 2 burner glass stovetop and a full teenaged fridge (not grown like a regular fridge, but twice the size of the mini fridge). There is a desk and a microwave and a wonderfully comfortable desk chair. Also I had just gotten used to all the huge TV's being replaced with the 32-35" TV's and it's refreshing and luxurious to find the 50" TV is back, at least in this room. With the money I saved by going to the grocery store (right across the highway) and utilizing the kitchenette, I was able to extend my vacation by 2 days! The room is also very tastefully dressed and the woof furniture is of a good quality and while not unblemished (I think blemishes add character), it's very handsome. The motel is positioned in the crux of the I10 beltway near the medical center, nestled between a McDonald's and a Denny's, And despite the bustle outside, the room itself is a sanctuary of quiet. The only problem is, I'm seriously NOT wanting to leave, I have found my home away from home hotel. Thank you, flex studios. Worth every penny!

The price and location. I am able to come to town and visit family and attend events. Rooms have a fridge, microwave, and bath tub. I really like knowing they go the extra mile with security. I often return later than anticipated and am comfortable knowing they are watching.

The abuse others have caused. Rooms are clean, and the owners have attempted to maintain them, but people are rude and disrespectful. You can see the abuse and damage. Disregard for rules, like no smoking. The rest of us are the ones who suffer.

I like that I'm known by the staff ..I like the location .I like that they have make security guards not to crazy about the women security cuz one was patrolling my friend instead of patrolling the complex.. I like the easy check in and out .

On one early morning I had a bad experience with pulling back the covers and a syringe fell to the floor . It wasn't used they told me but still I was disgusted and angry.. the homeless people that occupy the closed down restaurant are so loud ..

Your New front desk clerks are grea(Orange Bob Hispanic young lady)And Hospitable. And the Female Manager, Thank you for your patience with me at times I truly appreciate your patience as a leader not just a manager I applaud you for your people skills. She deserves recognition. I've also watched and listen to her teach new hires and she is very precise and knowledgeableabout her job and how too share information to the new hires. She is a good face for your brand. I forgot to have my guest show his I d. When he arrived that night. Was reminded at check out, He showed it with no problem. I hope all is forgiven ? Totally my fault I forgot.

Staff are great and I like the fact that there is Security on site. Also, the maintenance for the swimming pool is great. Pool is exceptionally inviting during these hot Summer months.

I guess my chief complaint would be that the long term guests don't do their part in disposing of their trash sealed bags or at least put it in a bag or bags of some sort and tie the bag up. Trash is disposed of daily by staff as far as I can tell.

The front desk staff are very welcoming and nice . I checked in and devzze I hope I got her name right, she was very nice . I checked out when Jennifer was working who was also very nice. I have been staying there for 4. Times already. I will continue coming back . I also loved there is a security guard walking around. That made my family and I safe plus my car.

I didn’t like too much loitering . Less fortunate hanging out . I mean tbey did not bug me though. But I got all teenagers who were scared to go to the car alone and stuff .

9542 I-10W San Antonio, Texas Location for Flex studio hotel. Aug. 3-4th. I wish to applaud your new desk clerk. She just started working there and already, She hit the gate running. She was so Hospitable and welcoming that she is and was a breath of fresh air. The young Indian girl that usually works there can be and has been rude to my guest checking in with me. She could learn a thing or two about Hospitality since she represents your brand. Anywhoo... Back to your "brand" New addition. Great eye on hiring her. She is Accommodating and professional. A great fine for your establishment as we for your guest.

I always request Extra towels when I make my reservation and they never have them. Can small little extras please be added behind the front desk for guest checking in request ?

Located right next to Denny's so it was an easy walk to go get breakfast or any other meals needed. HEB was close by to get items I needed in the room.

Needs more parking. There is very limited parking, so I was never able to park right at my room. This is the only thing that there really was to complain about.

An okay location, staff were great and room was comfortable.

The cleaning products they use smelt really strong and gave us headaches. If you’re sensitive to smells and certain cleaning products don’t stay here. Check-in process was kinda unnecessarily long compared to other places.
