The First room was connecting which is not my preference but lady agreed to move me, which right there..it's a Big plus because some hotels wont. Second room (#239) was fine. It was a little "hidden" but it was clean, everything worked and My favorite part..it was QUIET! Thought I was going to extend but unfortunately had to go. However, definitely coming back probably next week. im looking for a "Go to" place when I come to San Antonio and this has a good location. So if rate is similar, everything works and is Quiet...it's a Winner! See you soon!

The clerk was exceptionally courteous. She greeted me with a smile, attentively listened to my concerns, and made the necessary arrangements. Instead of declining, she sought a solution. The checkout process was equally seamless; the representative promptly credited my deposit and expressed gratitude for my visit.

The facility was undergoing renovations, and I was aware that the furniture was being updated. The staff consented to our request for a lower-level room to accommodate my aunt's disability. However, once we settled in, we discovered missing towels, an unclean bathroom, and a toilet without a lid. We proceeded with our stay, acknowledging that there is room for improvement.

My room was very clean,and the floor was beautiful the bed was very comfy.The staff very friendly.I will be back,to visit my brother and my sister in law .It is very close to all the city has to offer I want my same room.Room 124.Thank y'all for making my visit a great one Gloria

I like the front desk guy, he was always very friendly and even called me back to see what I needed after I waited on hold and I hung up the phone. He was very helpful.

I didn't like if exciting off freeway from a certain way, you had to make a cross to the other leave in barely any time to make the turn without missing the entrance.

Decent facility. Room was clean, no complaints. When it was time for a shower, I turned on the water/shower head and the shower head popped off. I went to the front and they had maintenance fix it right then and there. So customer service was great. Hotel is in a great location.

Having only 1/3 roll of bathroom tissue and having to get it myself from the lobby rather than housekeeping bringing it since they are the ones that didn't provide enough

Accommodation was comfortable clean when we checked in and we didn't have no problem extending on steak well worth the price

It's not that I didn't like anything it's just the fact that I wanted a room with that would be a joint to another room and I forgot to ask about it so therefore there's nothing that I didn't like about my accommodations.

The bath towels are thin. There was a strong scent of cleaning fluid in the lobby, but the room did not have that scent at all.

Price was reasonable Easy access to ih10

Hard to flush the toilet. Could smell the skunk weed as we went out from the people in room 206. Also someone playing bass music was frustrating. No consideration for neighbors.
