Very convenient location close to Audie Murphy VA hospital where my husband was in ICU for a mild heart attack. We live 60 miles away so I needed somewhere safe to stay. This location had a very good rating & was lower priced than other hotels with low ratings. Paid right at $112 total, $10 parking included. Used booking.com. I was greeted by a very friendly desk person. Room was super clean with a king size bed & very comfortable. I told my husband we will definitely stay there again if he has future doctor appointments in the Medical Center & we’ll stay overnight to have dinner & relax.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast - kitchen staff replenished food when needed, although there were no fruit toppings for the waffles or yogurt.

Could use the space under the bathroom sink for some shelves. There was no place to place the extra towels except on the limited space around the sink. My room was on the second floor where there is a sleep clinic of some sort, apparently not affiliated with the hotel. Although, I didn’t notice much noise or foot traffic in snd out if the clinic, I thought it was kind of weird to that in the hotel.

Good sized room with separate sitting and sleeping areas. Made our stay feel more comfortable than just a regular standard hotel room. Breakfast was good. The pool was cold but really clean, hot tub was great.

The a/c wasn't as cool as it could have been; the room felt a bit muggy and humid. Not completely unbearable but not as ideal as I would have liked. The sofa and chairs had seen better days. The cushions were broken down and saggy. No ice machine, but there was some bagged up and available in the lobby. All and all, not too bad of a place to stay if you've got to be near Medical Center area.

Staff, was very helpful. Front desk very helpful, very knowledgeable. Restaurant area very clean, staff very attentive. Appreciated the little snack area. Spent a lot of time at hospital but staff helped my family tremendously. I don't recall any other hotels ever being so helpful, Thankyou from the bottom of my heart. Our trip was an emergency trip and unfortunately we will be returning in a few weeks again for medical reasons and we plan to stay at L Q.

We just spent five nights here. We had an upper floor 2-room suite, which was great for a longer stay, since it was a true suite--a separate bedroom with closing door. Room overall was very large, bed was comfortable, and it had fridge and microwave--basically a 1-bedroom apartment (no dishes/silverware/cooking equipment though). Floors were quite solid, so no disturbing guests above or below. Hotel has a good breakfast: eggs/biscuits/potatoes, five waffle makers (though I'm not a fan of the waffles), cereal, yogurts, fruits. Coffee wasn't the greatest but adequate. Good workout room with several machines. Staff were very friendly and helpful--we had a broken hair dryer that they replaced right away. Overall this seems like a well-run establishment; I'd recommend it highly.

Very few issues, although the Internet WiFi was a bit maddening--it requires a re-connect/agreement at least once a day, and caused hangups on my laptop several times until it finally reconnected.

We really enjoyed the free breakfast and whenever we needed something staff brought it up asap.

The only issue is when we removed the sheets and pillows from the beds upon check in/check out we noticed large blood like stains in on of the beds. We can tell it was old although it was a little upsetting but thankfully there were mattress protectors and we sprayed Lysol. Another thing is, that it was a little hard to communicate with house keeping due to the language barrier.

I expected more toiletries like either larger or two shampoos for two people. There was no hand lotion or conditioner. The A/C keep making alot of noises all the time. The ice vending machine did not work on all floors. The ice bucket in the rooms was just plastic, no insulation and the ice melted very fast. The tissue dispenser was just about empty when we arrived and the tub drain was clogged.

The staff person who managed the breakfast was annoying and treated all of us like "children" who were misbehaving. I was treated as if I was in kindergarten. I did not appreciate that. I travel all over thw world for 20 years so it is not my first stay at a hotel. She needs to have a much nice and warmer persona or please replace her.

Great location, close to everywhere we went, great service, great hot breakfast buffet, different selections every morning, great pool and hot tub, pool was not too deep for kids and hot tub was very relaxing next to pool, room was clean and ready when we arrived, easy quick check in and check out, convenient lobby market wasn't crazy expensive.

The room was slightly smaller than we thought it would be, the a/c didn't cool as much as it was suppose to, we would need to have it at 63 or so to feel that it was cooling enough, and the last thing was that although the hotel page said daily housekeeping, they only do housekeeping on the third day of your stay, hotel changed the daily policy after the pandemic to every third day of your stay, but if you need clean linens, toiletries, trash pickup, etc, it's available upon request.

The staff was beyond kind and welcoming. I spoke with 3 different people at the front office and all were kind. I spoke with several staff at breakfast who were just as kind. They kept the breakfast area clean and tidy no matter who many people made Texas waffles and spilled syrup. The room was clean and beds were comfy. The AC worked great since we all live on the sun here in Texas! Bathroom was very clean and the entire room smelled fresh.

The only negative I have of our overall stay is that there was minimal food for people with Diabetes. My daughter is diabetic and other than eggs and sausage links there was not much else for her to eat. I am in no way asking for you to cater to all the different dietary needs just maybe look into different foods for those who are on select diets due to different disabilities.
