It was clean, and the rooms are big, and comfortable. One thing that I like it was that they clean the rooms every day. Thank you.

It was just one elevator, and in the mornings you have to wait a lot to get it. The breakfast was terrible, you should offer more options like pancakes or waffles. The first day was 9:00 am, and they didn’t have anything, when I asked for oatmeal the lady in charge told me that they not gonna make more, I was so mad.

Nice location and very affordable. Really big spacious room with 2 beds and a sofa sleeper. Clean facility. Small, only 6 floors. Good amount of parking. Free Continental breakfast.

Beds were so small. No towels or linen for the sofa sleeper in the room. Not enough food for breakfast for the amount of guests. Pool is very cold. Two elevators that were really slow and one was not in order. Not enough seating for breakfast. Several single guests sitting at the tables for 4. Meanwhile families with children having to sit on the couches, at the bar or stand.

Our family stayed at this hotel, because we had an event at the Alamodome. This was a bit of a drive, but very worth the drive. The room was ver spacious, everyone was very kind and polite. The beds are soo comfy, we all had an amazing night sleep. The sofa was also very comfy. Right across from the hotel is a food truck area with a dog park, it’s so much fun. I also saw security walking the premises, which is always a plus. We didn’t get to really enjoy breakfast, since we were in a hurry, but there was a variety of cereal,oatmeal, bagels, toast, sausage and eggs .

My family and myself enjoyed every aspect of our stay, my family had already mentioned how they’d like to return for a visit

Nice & clean, but room was bit small with a small bathroom.

Our room got changed from a 2 queen with sofa bed to a King with sofa bed without our permission. We didn’t get in til late and we found out when we arrived. There was not enough bed space to accommodate us. Staff was apologetic but couldn’t give us the room we requested because of maintenance issues. They did change our rate from $154 to $108 so we appreciate them owning up for the inconvenience but someone had to sleep on the floor.

Front desk was super friendly, got there before check in time, (my first trip to San Antonio so I wasn't sure how the traffic was), and they worked with me so well on getting my room ready. Did have a problem with the lock on the door, let them know about it, and got it fixed right away. Breakfast was really good. I would recommend the oatmeal. Was close to a few restaurants, which was convenient. Definitely will try to book here again if I go back to San Antonio.

Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Our room was very quiet. Loved having the comfortable sofa with foot stool in room. The TV swiveling to have the option to watch on bed or on sofa was nice. Having large size bottles of Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash provided in the shower was a plus. Breakfast was a great selection with hot and cold food items. Along with a selection of cold and hot beverages provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. One Elevator was out of service, but we didn't have long wait times for the elevator. Location is great as well to get on I-10 close to Six Flags, RIM, UTSA, La Cantera Mall, Medical center and straight shot downtown.

We didn't have time to check out the pool.

Great location, clean, pleasant staff.

The breakfast area was by poorly organized and there was no attendant. This resulted in a few people raiding the dishes and leaving many to wait for a long time for more food.

The front desk staff was super courteous and helpful with extra answers to questions I haven't even asked yet. Also the maid and cleanup staff was very nice and helpful

Nothing was bad the biggest issue was an elevator under maintenance but that isn't the hotels fault or I don't really count that against them.

The room was clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The facility is always clean, and is located near lots of eating options. The Shower had plenty of hot water and pressure.

I've stayed at this facility in the past and this time the price had increased tremendously. I almost didn't book because the price wasn't competitive with other options, but ultimately we stayed because we knew the location was nice. The price increase may have been because the time of our last visit was Spring Break for many people. The breakfast options were a lot less than on previous trips. Still a nice breakfast, but lacking a lot of options.

The room was so great! Really spacious and very comfortable.

The price difference. I was told on Booking.com one price and when I got to the hotel, it was much more than expected.
