Staff was excellent the second time we stayed here. The location was good.First time we stayed was room 226, with no complaints about that room. Second time room 149.

The shower pressure was horrible, the vent above the shower was very dirty, the AC was loud, being located in the bedroom, and there were cob webs going from the curtains to the ceiling. Seemed like nobody had stayed in that room for a while. Kitchen trash can was way too small. There were also old razor blades in the restroom above the mirror. The iron was missing. There is no silverware holder in the dish washer, so all the silverware fell to the very bottom. The water in the kitchen sink took a very long time to get warm.

The breakfast was great. The automatic pancake machine was so cute and pancakes were delish. Eggs and potatoes every morning with the protein alternating daily. Oat meal, cereal, yogurt and breads/muffins offered daily as well. The breakfast attendant(did not get her name) was very friendly and always on top of replenishing the buffet and well kept. My mother has very limited mobility and is in a wheelchair. They room i reserved was not very accessible for her, mainly the toilet seat being too low for her. The manager (don't remember her name) was very understanding of our situation and was thankfully able to accommodate us, truly went above and beyond to help us and the next time I am in town visiting family I will definitely be staying here again. I've worked in the hotel industry as a Chef for 19 years and just wanted to thank all the staff at Sonesta Suites for making our stay excellent.

The only complaint I had was that some dishes in the room were chipped and the sofa bed are VERY old and sleeping on them although not terrible, not great either.

Staff was not friendly seemed she was bothered cuz I came in around 1am . Don’t even offer sheets nor blankets for the sleep sofa and when asked she was not to happy and just gave me a sheet no blankets

My concern was the staff member that took care of me very disappointed. Shower broke but that was ok what bothered me was the way I was welcomed since when I arrived at the hotel I was tired and to be welcomed like this is very upsetting

Geographical location is great. Breakfast service was exceptionally good, the attendants were very friendly and they seemed very happy doing their job. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, well appointed with dishes, utensils, dish soap, kitchen towels, full size fridge and microwave as well as a dishwasher, coffee maker and more. Great water pressure and linens.

The laid out of the property. We were on the 3rd floor, in the middle. We felt it was very intricate to find the way to the room. We got used to fast, but it was... I didn't notice the $7 parking fee before making the reservation, otherwise I might go somewhere else with free parking. I couldn't find the way to the swimming pool. The quality of the shower body wash, shampoo and conditioner wasn't that good.

The room was spacious and clean. The towels were SO SOFT! There was a kitchenette, full size fridge. Close to a lot of restaurants, a HEB near by as well. Laundry facilities were free for guests. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Plenty of parking.

There was one elevator for the entire building, and it was a small elevator. The hotel is spread out , so it was a long way to our room. There were some tiny ants on the counter in the kitchen from some crumbs but after wiping them away, they never appeared again.

It was clean, has a kitchenette, dishes and utensils provided. Full fridge with an ice maker in the room. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap dispenser instead of small bottles. Has a big pool and breakfast provided.

You have to request housekeeping service 24 he in advance so we had a lot of trash in the room for 2 days since they only have tiny trash cans in the room. Also we had to use the pull out couch which is not a problem but only thin blankets and sheets are provided. No actual comforter blanket.

Staff were attentive - the breakfast person on June 20th was wonderful and went out of her way to make decaf for me. The woman after her (June 21-24) was not as attentive and slow to add food. The desk staff were great, assisting me with the pet policy and printing out our boarding passes. I like the idea of receiving a call, soon after getting into our room, asking if we needed anything and they srrived with additional pillows a few minutes later. The pool was a nice plus. The breakfast area was kept neat and clean.

The hotel needs updating - furniture is dark and old and lends to a dark atmosphere. Your pet policy should be limited to certain rooms. I am allergic to pet hair and dander, and would never have stayed at Sonesta if I knew. Decaffeinated coffee should be available as a staple with the regular coffee. It should not be a special request.

The space. Beds. Showers. The whole layout.

That i was quoted 331. And the front desk lady says booking messes up their taxes and came out to 366. Ok, cool. Then, looking at the bank, they took out 558 🤔 so when i asked how much a deposit was, she said 50 a night. Now, i was confused cause i told her why is it 95 extra. She just said that at the end of our stay, the amount will adjust. And the sheets in one room had a stain and another room the curtains had a stain as well. If it didn't look like blood, it would have been wutever.

Our stay was great! The beds are very comfortable. It was just like being at home. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was great. Our room was clean and smelled good. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms.

The comforter on our bed needed to be cleaned again. There were visible stains on it. We just took it off the bed as we didn't need it anyway.

This place was nicely taken care of and in a quiet area. It was easy to access and close to the highway so getting to and from places was easy. Also only a half mile from HEB so with the kitchenette in the suite it was great so we didn't have to eat out the whole time. There is also a pool and a basketball court on the premises with an outdoor lounging area that we really enjoyed.

Some of the repairs could have been done better.
