It was plenty of room for us four. I loved that our room had a sofa bed. The indoor pool and hot tub was also a plus. It was very clean. It had a good breakfast.

Too much chlorine in the hot tub. It would burn your eyes when you put it on. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Nice and clean. Very comfortable hotel. Great bang for the buck! Staff was friendly.

My truck got broken into. One of my windows was shattered. Yet they didn’t take anything. The staff member that was there , apologized and said that it’s been happening for a while. A second truck was broken into that same night. She even explained that the thieves have been breaking into, looking for guns in trucks?! I just wished they would have told us not to park on the north side by the street. No security 😐. I’m assuming the vehicle parked by the entrance belong to the employees. Shame on you for not taking care or responsibility for your customers, knowing what’s happening!

The room was very clean and comfortable the breakfast was really good. The front desk employee was awesome I was treated very kindly and I will definitely stay there again.

I worried a bit because a vehicle had been previously broken into at the hotel. But no incidents happened while I stayed there.

The staff were so kind and helpful, the breakfast was just regular (scrambled eggs, toast, bagels, juices, coffee, waffles), the room was neat and with good space, parking lot was spacious, smooth check-in and check-out, location is so great as it's only couple of minutes away from the Six-Flags area.

Only one big size waffle maker made the breakfast experience so lengthy, adding another one will make it faster and avoid long queue waiting for your turn. The sofa bed was good but not so comfy for big people. The gym's AC is not working 😔

From the moment I checked in, I knew I had made the right choice. I travel often, so comfort and ease are a big deal to me — and Comfort Suites absolutely delivered. The room was spotless, spacious, and had a warm, homey vibe that made it easy to relax after long days. I’m picky about restrooms, and theirs were pristine — clean tiles, fresh scent, and everything in working order. What surprised me most was how thoughtful the layout of the room was. The lighting was relaxing, the bed was plush, and even the TV setup was easy to navigate (you’d be shocked how many hotels make that a chore). The AC unit didn’t sound like a jet engine, and the Wi-Fi was fast and consistent. The breakfast every morning was solid — hot, well-prepared, and just what I needed to start the day right. And I have to give a huge shoutout to the staff — from morning to night, everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Compared to other places I’ve stayed (like a recent DAYS INN: Wyndham, that fell way short), Comfort Suites stands way above the rest.

The guy at the front desk (can't remember his name, sorry) was amazing!! The beds were extremely comfortable (NOT THE FOLD OUT COUCH!!) The hotel was very clean and the indoor pool was PERFECT! The pool is heated, and there is no overwhelming smell of chlorine. I never tried the hot tub, but I was told the pool was warmer than the hot tub. The breakfast was really good. Sausage, eggs, and daily rotation of potatoes and beans. Plus, the waffles (big Texas one and one that did 4 mini waffles) with regular mix and a "daily choice" flavor (blueberry, strawberry, ect).

The fold out couch was a joke!! The mattress is so thin you can feel every single spring! So uncomfortable!! The location was kinda hidden from the roadway, which was sorta nice (after finally finding it) but made it a little difficult to find. The morning staff were not rude but definitely not friendly.

I enjoyed how close it was to lots of different restaurants, and shopping centers.

Didn’t enjoy limited parking with the only door being in the front entrance.

The receptionist from when we check in to the receptionist check out were so polite and very attentive. I applaud both for their professionalism. The evening receptionist provided extra sheets for the pullout couch and was generous. She wanted to be sure my family and I had all we needed. The morning receptionist attended everyone during breakfast, she did very well! She never complained and was so sweet. She kept a smile when we let her know that egg,sausage, etc needed to be refilled.I know someone else is supposed to do it, but that person was not there. Please Know that you both are appreciated.

This is the second time I have stayed at this location. The first experience was amazing. Clean, everything worked well, etc. However this second time, I had to wake up several times throughout the night to adjust the a/c. It was too cold, then felt too warm. It never got to the temp we would have wanted, but it was still ok. Also the hall on the 3rd floor, where we stayed, was really warm. Not sure what was happening there. Also, be sure the pull out bed/couch has the sheets. It wasn't a big deal, but thought that would have been included.

Breakfast was good enough. The room was clean.. I stayed there for 4 nights. No complaints

SUPER friendly staff! We ended up miscalculating how many nights we needed and left for the day to come back and find our room key not working, went to the front desk and they told us that we were supposed to check out that morning but figured we miscalculated our stay and had already rebooked our room! Super great ful for the amazing staff! Super clean rooms were a huge plus, sheets were clean and comfortable. AC was nice and cold which is exactly what I need in hotels. The breakfast was always filled and somebody was always ready to refill whatever would run out, plus Texas waffles haha. Pool was clean just make sure if you are using the jacuzzi to turn on the exhaust fan for the room.
