customer service was very good and attentive. The hotel is making renovations and you can tell they take pride in creating a better atmosphere.

booking shows they have breakfast but upon arrival I was notified they no longer serve breakfast. The wifi was not stable so it was not very useful. but overall was not a bad experience.

Nice people. Great location . Ice machine a lil moldy . Pool was nice . Outdated room but comfy. Great for the price and my car has been safe. Breakfast needs a lil help but the mini muffins are there if you get em early enough

The smell .mold n bugs. Refrigerator wasn't cooling properly

Nice, clean room. Perfect price for an overnight stay if you are only needing to shower and sleep. We spent most of the day exploring and shopping.

Breakfast is included but only offer coffee and mini muffins. But for the price, I can overlook that.

I liked pretty much everything except that in the shower there was old Lil bars of soap and the carpet was super dirty I walked in my socks and they were nasty after 30 minutes of walking in the room organizing my stuff

BREAKFAST INCLUDED??? THE BREAKFAST CONSISTED OF A BEVERAGE DISPENSING MACHINE THAT HAD 4 OPTIONS TWO OF WHICH WERE OUT (ORANGE AND APPLE JUICE). THE ONLY AVAILABLE OPTIONS WERE WATER AND CRANBERRY JUICE. THE OTHER PART OF BREAKFAST WAS A PIECE OF BREAD LIKE THE ONES SOLD AT SAMS THAT IS A VARIET OF SWEET BREAD LENNON BANANNA NUT ETC... NOTHING ELSE!!! SHOULD OF SAID IN THE DESCRIPTION "LIMITED BREAKFAST"

The swimming pool had no time limit so after a full day of shopping, we got to come back & swim as late as we wanted.

The “nature tree” smell. My young teens noticed the smell & we didn’t appreciate that very much.

Well I had to go pick up some things and was gone for about an hour my fiance locked herself out of the room and the person on staff was very kind and helping her get back into the room since they didn't know what time I would return and I thought it was very professional of him getting her back in the room and I was very pleased.

The only thing that had me worried when I arrived from my trip there was a person in their vehicle looking like possibly drinking but when I informed the guy at the desk he gave me peace of mind that he was going to be there and would keep an eye out.

this time the room had a very old fridge freezer did not work the hallway rug needs to be cleaned and there were roaches and no ice machine again. there was an argument outside late and it was not until I called did someone inform the people to stop

We weren't able to stay here but from what I saw everything looked very clean the front desk clerk was very helpful and although they didn't have any obligation to return my payment they did . Plus when I emailed them to tell them about our situation with a family member passing away they offered their condolences to us and that right there COMPASSION says alot for this company so from the bottom of our hearts Thank you so much for your thoughts.
