I like that you had a pool table and the complementary coffee. It was nice that you gave some bottled water and popcorn upon check-in. I liked the bath room products, shampoo, body wash, they were nice. I had never seen a room look so modern looking with such high ceilings, however, it was very narrow. There seem to be a lot of cheaper college feeling stools and furniture kind of like a dorm. I’m not sure this is the hotel for everyone, but it was a good nights rest.

My main complaint is your bedding, the bedspread/comforter was rough, cheap feeling, and very thin,. I thought there should’ve been something more cozy, comfy, soft and warm. I was cold in the room and this, even with the heater on and this comforter and bedding did not Make me feel good. The pillows were extremely flat also, and your bath towels were very rough and scratchy

The staff was very nice and personable. The breakfast was sufficiently stocked and good. We wanted extra towels etc and the staff did not hesitate to provide. Great place all around! Keep up the great work!

We pre-paid through booking; when we checked in we were told we needed to provide a credit card for incidentals. Fair enough. I later noticed that the whole stay+$50 was charged again. When I went to one staff member they said nothing until the manager gets back. The following day another staff member was there and looked into it and knew of the discrepancy with booking.com. She looked into and took care of it. She said something about the hotel getting paid from booking was the disconnect somehow.

The hotel's boutique vibe was very nice. I loved the decor and the homey lobby. It was pretty crowded for breakfast but everyone was having a great time. There were people talking and playing pool and it was just fun to people watch. There was plenty of seating. It was very close to Six Flags.

The only complaint that I have was a minor one. I wish they had hand held shower heads. I'm short and could reach the shower head to change the direction or the pressure.

Great location if you’re going to six flags, amenities were good and lots of little activities to do in house which is nice! Snack shop is the best stocked I’ve ever seen at a hotel which was nice, breakfast in the morning is also lovely and very well stocked.

Rooms are very small and evening staff wasn’t the friendliest but nothing that was too bad!

I like the staff, how clean it was and the lobby area and lot things to do. Exp pool table, swimming pool, weight room and lots of restaurants very close. Also the area seem very safe.

Food was weak and the pillows were terrible. Gym could use a extra weight bench. Not the porpty fault but main roads under serious construction.

Very clean! One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. Front desk was really nice and very helpful. Location was great and very easy to get to. Room was fantastic for 2 adults and 2 young kids. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. I will stay at here again the next time we have to be in San Antonio.

The breakfast was comparably decent. Solid. I was not as impressed with it as I was with the rooms, the comfortability (if that's a word) and the water softening was a very pleasant bonus. Love the soap containers. It was really quiet as well. Great sleep! Great job! Thank you!

Location was good and a lot of centers around

The morning when we were checking out room service knocked on the door and then 2 minutes later 2 men just unlocked the door and came in. Luckily we were dressed but checkout wasn't until 11 so that made me and my family uncomfortable

Beautiful place to stay with exceptional staff. Ya’ll went above and beyond for us with our cancelled flights!! If I ever make it back to San Antonio I will only stay with you.
