We had a very spacious, comfortable room with a good bed and well-functioning AC. There was also a fridge, a stove top, and a sofa. All the basics you might need in good condition. The breakfast had a pretty good selection of warm dishes, cereal, yoghurt etc which differed a bit on our two mornings, although the coffee was really mild and needlessly hot.

I was hoping there would have been an outdoor area you could hang around at if you got in late at the hotel and no places nearby were open. But the grill/terrace area had closed by 11pm. So had the couple of restaurants nearby, one of which could've even been walked to. The hotel had no bar either. It would just be nice to have an option to unwind somewhere before getting your night's sleep after a long day.

The location was great with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean and very appealing with great customer service. The room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom had plenty of towels with luxury toiletries and the bed was super comfortable. The room was spacious. Very quiet hallways. Breakfast food selections were great.

Everything was great.

Staff is always friendly & accommodating. Facility is clean & nearby everything one might need, ex: groceries, quick bite to eat, a last minute outfit. Antoinette & Armando were very pleasant to deal with, along with housecleaning.

Just that there was only one of two elevators working, & couldn't find a cart to use upon checkout, but everything else was good.

Cleanliness of the Hotel grounds

After booking my stay I requested a early check-in by phone and email if it was possible since i only was staying a couple of hours and after driving 10 hours me and my wife was only going to use the room for a couple of hours to rest while the kids was at Fiesta Texas no one got back with me. We arrived at 12 noon and I walked in and spoke with the receptionist he really didn't care and acted as if I was bothering him especially since they already had my money and I understand that check-in is at 3pm but I was hoping that they would have tried to accommodate my request...

I booked two rooms and paid a deposit for each, but I did not receive a refund for one of the rooms. It is currently in the confirmation request status and has not been processed yet.

security requirement and liability notifications- the area needs to lock down crime and crimes of opportunites. Have better lighting in the area along Vance Jackson.

I loved the room and the bed. great size. had everything i needed.

Paying for parking in an outdoor lot that is unsecured is a bit greedy. There was a constant noise in the bathroom like the fan was on all of the time.

We loved the location and the space in the room was great.

The only thing we did not like was when we opened up the sofa sleeper the sheets were dirty, they had blood stains on them. When we took them downstairs to the front desk to get clean sheets we told the clerk. The clerk did not seem apologetic.

Great location near the biggest shopping malls; big comfortable rooms. The stuff is very friendly and supportive.

The conditioner was quite noisy, and breakfast on the weekend was simpler than in other days.

A very nice, clean place to stay. The rooms were excellent and spacious. Very accommodating and comfortable. My wife and 2 girls are very picky about where we stay. So if they approve, it must be good. 👍 💯
