It’s a beautiful brand new building so everything is perfect.

I earn Wyndham rewards on a credit card every time I make a purchase. I normally book LaQuinta hotels regularly and use my points. I tried doing it this stay but was told it was 30000 points due to location. Normally it runs between 7500 points to 15000 at the highest point. I talked with the manager on site and he told me the exact thing about 7500-15000 points. Being you call a third party to book the free stays he felt like they were wrong also. I ended up paying for the 3 nights out of pocket. This is the second time this has happened in the last year. I will use the balance of my points BUT will stop using this card to purchase anything anymore. I always pay my balance in full every month no matter what the balance is. Normally 2-10 thousand a month. Screw this reward program!

The bathroom was finished with nice pump bottles of shampoo and body wash, there were enough towels and the towels were nice thick and full bath size. I loved the Keurig coffee maker. I enjoyed the 24 hour front desk availability. The breakfast was great with waffles, bagels, muffins, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, yogurt lots to choose from. The front desk attendant even make decaf coffee when I came in late one night. That was a nice surprise. The location is perfect for the north side of San Antonio. Very close to La Cantera and Fiesta Texas. I enjoyed shopping at The Rim which is just next door to the hotel. In nice weather you can walk to shopping and restaurants. The facility is brand new so everything was nice and fresh.

There is nothing I can say negative about the facility. I will definitely stay again.

Everything was clean, no insects, felt safe (no vehicle break ins), well lit at night and was able to see our car from our room.

Website showed indoor pool, didn't see one. And a change machine would have been nice so we didn't have to leave to get quarters to do our laundry..or more machines with tap to pay/pay by card options would have been nice because only one set was available. Also, we were told we'd be able to have a military discount for my husband by the staff..but when it came to checking out, they wouldnt honor it since we used booking.com. I called and spoke with the front desk before I booked the room to be sure we'd be able to have that and it was disappointing when they wouldnt honor it.

The hotel is new therefore everything in the room was great! The bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing. My son mentioned that he slept really good. The location is nice as there are a lot of restaurants and places to shop. Six Flags is like 5 minutes away which was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

While checking in to the location, the female employee seemed frustrated as she was ending her shift. I waited approximately 15 minutes until I was able to check in due to her typing out some notes from her shift. (Note that I was the only one in the lobby waiting) When I got to the room, I noticed the toilet was clogged. The night shift employee was extremely helpful and addressed the issue properly; including a discount. Unfortunately, I did not get his name!

Over the property was clean, staff was very polite and friendly. Pool was clean and fun for the kids. Location; was close to many stores. It’s about an average 20 min drive to sea world. Close to six flags fiesta Texas. Overall stay, great!

Hotel Pillows were uncomfortable but that’s it.

The property was in a great location. Walking distance to cafes, shops and a cinema. The hotel opened in December so everything was new.

On my side of the bed, the power outlets didn’t work. Also our room didn’t have a “do not disturb sign” which would’ve been nice to have. It would be great if the bathrooms had additional hooks on the wall to hang wet towels to dry.

Front desk employee wish I got his name but he went Above and Beyond to help me out House keepers very helpful recommend this LA Quinta location was the best close to Six Flags and shopping and Restaurants not one bad thing to say it's hard finding this kind of service anywhere 100% perfect

Nothing except wish had more time to stay there didn't want to leave

From our first contact with the staff to our last, we had a GREAT experience. They allowed us to check in early and it was a Godsend. We had been so hot and tired from walking around the Alamo and the room was ready, cool and relaxing.

Rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. Really close to Six Flags.

The only issue was that there was a problem with the machine that programs the room key cards, so throughout our stay we didn't have a key to enter our rooms and had to ask the person in the lobby to open our rooms every time we had to get in.

Everything was excellent and the location was perfect you could get anything you needed and more definitely staying here again for sure

The only thing thicker walls you could hear everything but more than that love the place
