The bathroom was finished with nice pump bottles of shampoo and body wash, there were enough towels and the towels were nice thick and full bath size. I loved the Keurig coffee maker. I enjoyed the 24 hour front desk availability. The breakfast was great with waffles, bagels, muffins, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, yogurt lots to choose from. The front desk attendant even make decaf coffee when I came in late one night. That was a nice surprise. The location is perfect for the north side of San Antonio. Very close to La Cantera and Fiesta Texas. I enjoyed shopping at The Rim which is just next door to the hotel. In nice weather you can walk to shopping and restaurants. The facility is brand new so everything was nice and fresh.

There is nothing I can say negative about the facility. I will definitely stay again.

Everything was clean, no insects, felt safe (no vehicle break ins), well lit at night and was able to see our car from our room.

Website showed indoor pool, didn't see one. And a change machine would have been nice so we didn't have to leave to get quarters to do our laundry..or more machines with tap to pay/pay by card options would have been nice because only one set was available. Also, we were told we'd be able to have a military discount for my husband by the staff..but when it came to checking out, they wouldnt honor it since we used booking.com. I called and spoke with the front desk before I booked the room to be sure we'd be able to have that and it was disappointing when they wouldnt honor it.

The hotel is new therefore everything in the room was great! The bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing. My son mentioned that he slept really good. The location is nice as there are a lot of restaurants and places to shop. Six Flags is like 5 minutes away which was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

While checking in to the location, the female employee seemed frustrated as she was ending her shift. I waited approximately 15 minutes until I was able to check in due to her typing out some notes from her shift. (Note that I was the only one in the lobby waiting) When I got to the room, I noticed the toilet was clogged. The night shift employee was extremely helpful and addressed the issue properly; including a discount. Unfortunately, I did not get his name!

The property was in a great location. Walking distance to cafes, shops and a cinema. The hotel opened in December so everything was new.

On my side of the bed, the power outlets didn’t work. Also our room didn’t have a “do not disturb sign” which would’ve been nice to have. It would be great if the bathrooms had additional hooks on the wall to hang wet towels to dry.

I really like the hotel, the facilities and the room, they were so awesome and comfortable, the personal at the lobby was so kind and friendly and I 100% will recommend to the other people.

I think the breakfast, because it’s the same that the others places, I recommend that if it’s possible to get another option, in conclusion it was good but could be better.

Everything was excellent and the location was perfect you could get anything you needed and more definitely staying here again for sure

Loved everything about this place, the layout, the food how comfortable and safe it felt at least for us we didn’t have any issues within those categories.

only issue I had was having to wait like 25 minutes for someone to show up to check us in, might not be a lot but we got there late at night and with a super fussy and tired toddler we were overstimulated.

Location was near many shopping and eating areas. Everything was clean and the staff was very nice. The fitness room small but really nice and had everything needed for a good workout. Overall rating is a 8 out 10..

Breakfast was not appealing and tasted bland with powered eggs and etc.. Breakfast needs attention

The stay was fantastic from the front desk customer clerk to our room.The room was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries.The breakfast was great with an assortment of breakfast items.We will definitely book at this hotel again.

The location is newly renovated, featuring upgraded rooms, beds, showers, and kitchens.

Breakfast was pretty bad, and they stopped serving food after 8:30 AM even though it’s supposed to go until 10!
