The property looks very modern and it was clean overall.

The smell in the room was not pleasant when we first walked in. It smelled like it needed the window to be opened to allow the fresh air to come in. Also, there was loud music playing throughout our stay. I thought there might have been a party going on, but it just never stopped. Lastly, we stayed on the 3rd floor and we can hear people walking above us. It was not bad, just slightly annoying especially when trying to sleep.

Simple room w/ small table. Clean (appeared). Bed was super comfy.

Nice enough, pop-art-modern is this supposed to be a city loft look and feel sorta vibe, but a miss. Room had some oddities e.g. walls are super thin, could hear lots of noise from hall. Next door child was closing and opening door loudly for an hour. No microwave. Coffee was enough for 1 days, stayed longer, same for cups and towels. Odd pull blinds, with lots of wear on them. Price was about pair, I think if lower - clientele would suffer. The lobby could use with a carpet cleaner.

This is a modern no-frills hotel with very nice staff and welcoming shared spaces. The pool and outdoor sitting areas were very nice. Everywhere was mobbed for the eclipse and they handled it very well.

There is real door to the toilet/shower area, only a "barn door"; there is no ventilation provided behind the barn door. The sink area is at the door to the hall. So a shower with air circulation is taken, essentially, just inside the door to the room. The divider between this bathroom set-up and the sleeping area is not a solid wall.

The design is very modern. The decor choice in our room was what I would call math geek chic and really comfortable beds, pillows, and linens.

I wish there was a microwave in the room. And maybe more soundproofing for the bathroom door . It slides over the opening but hits the wall and chips the paint . I feel most hotels would do better with a toilet room and a shower room separated by a door of sorts. If I'm in the shower, one of my kids is guaranteed to suddenly need to poop.

We were passing through and needed a break. Came across this gem. It was clean and fun since I had a little one to entertain. Their breakfast was also great having. Their waffles were delicious!! Must have if you have breakfast here. The room Layout was perfect for me. Highly suggest you ask not to be placed around rooms with pets. Unfortunately that was the only downside but we know for next time.

Location was great, staff was great, except the room cleaning. front desk and bartender was great, also pool and gym also great. pool table and games a lot of fun. thank you

Housekeeping did not leave any bath towels or a step-out tower for the shower. there was items underneath the footstool in the room also that other people had left that she didn't move and clean. other than that everything good.

The hotel appears to be very new and modern. There is a bar in the lobby (W xyz), and little conversation nooks with board games like Connect4. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, albeit a bit odd (check out the photo of the bathroom wallpaper). I like that there's no carpet in the rooms (better for allergies), just a small area rug, but that does mean the room can be a little echoey. I didn't hear noise from other guests, though, so that's good. I love the DryBar bath products. Shares a parking lot with Fuego tacos (yum) and Dutch Bros Coffee. Great location near I-10 and UTSA.

The water was scalding HOT. I couldn't figure out how to get the water colder in the shower or sink (took my pills with hot water). I could see from other reviews that this was an issue - people seem to have either no hot water or only hot water.

Beautiful stay, very modern, staff was friendly and helpful. Looks like a newer, more modern hotel, bed was comfortable, rooms are nice.

my shower was not clean, the shower walls, and floor needed to be cleaned, and the water spilled out of the shower all over the floor, and the shower walls were peeling off.

Very nice looking. Pool and outside area is very nice and kid friendly. Room was clean & comfortable.

It took a good 20 min to check in due to no staff being by the front desk. Room could be a little more spacious. Other than that no complaints.

We probably wouldn't have had breakfast but with check in the computer crashed and we had to wait a while. Staff offered a free breakfast voucher. Breakfast was amazing! Annette is awesome and made us the best wraps we ever had!

There were a few long black hairs on the white shower wall. It's probably not because it wasn't cleaned but the wall is not smooth so easy to get things stuck on it while rinsing maybe? Staff should have been able to see it though....
