It was a very good place to stay. I liked most about the property was the house cleaning ladies, those women work so hard and so good to keep the rooms nice and clean... I hope their work never goes unnoticed.

They were big about claiming their breakfast, their coffee was great, but the only problem about their breakfast was they didn't have much of a choice. It was very limited on the breakfast and when you make toast, they didn't have any jelly all they had with butter. so they kind of cut back on their breakfast. It's kind of a cheaper way to save money I realize but they need to have eggs and at least some orange juice.

The hotel had a fresh smell to it and the hallway carpets looked brand new. Our room was large, quiet and very clean. Extremely comfortable bed, great shower with good pressure, lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain and a handy grab bar. Convenient bench to set luggage. Absolutely loved the wood floor (so much more sanitary than carpet). Easy parking, reasonable price compared with other area lodging. Abby at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

Everything was great. We enjoyed our one night here, would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, AND MAINTAINED IN THAT CONDITION. THE SHOWER NEEDS SOME ATTENTION. YOU CANNOT TAKE A SHOWER IN THE APPROPIATE PLACE WITHOUT HAVING WATER RUN ALL OVER THE BATHROOM FLOOR! THE SHOWER CURTAIONS ARE USELESS, AND DO NOT DO THE PROPER JOB. I WOULD PUT A GLASS OR HEAVY PLASTIC ENTRY THAT KEPT THE WATER CONTAINED. THE SMALL REFER WAS IN NEED OF REPAIR TO HAVE THE DOOR CLOSE PROPERLY. i WAS ABLE TO CLOSE IT BUT IT WAS VERY EASY OF HAVE IT CLOSE AJAR AND USELESS TO THE CONTENTS. JUST THE SHOWER ITEM. EVERY THING ELSE WAS VERY GOOD.

Comfortable beds, overall calm without outside noise at night, toilet and shower were clean, cleaning staff changed our towels and gave us more mini shampoos, soap bars, and toilet paper every couple of days. Place is close to a Walmart and many restaurants, so you have access to food and other things easily.

Detergent in common areas smelled really intensely, it gave me nausea every morning. Floors could be cleaner, compared to the rest of the room they seemed neglected. Our room faced the parking lot and it was hard to have natural light in the room without being seen by random strangers - we had to keep the blinds down the whole morning.

Great location, affordable, 24 hour coffee. Walking distance to a really awesome Chinese buffet restaurant. 20-30 from the downtown and river walk.

Continental breakfast & staff. Place had the basic breakfast (bread, waffle, coffee). Staff often skipped our room when asked for it to be cleaned when we came back for the day. Called early to see if we could check in early by no one was available. Front desk stated that she could have did it because she had cellphone with her. I guess she just ignored the call during the time cause I was exhausted and I called a bunch of times.

The constant stream of fresh hot coffee is awesome, the place is quiet and gentle. The people at the desk are friendly and I really enjoyed my 10 night stay. The bedding is 100% top quality too and the desk space and fast wifi was wonderful. I was also able to print off all my travel documents free of charge and all the service came with a smile!

The lobby is a bit blah...could be upgraded.

The ac in the room worked very well. Hot water never ran out. Bed comfy. Nice space. Liked the lighting options. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't use anything other than my room, so I cannot rate the pool or anything. Breakfast was basic, but the coffee was good, and they have the waffle maker thingy.

Breakfast was basic, and while I did like the waffle option, I would have appreciated some eggs, or some kind of protein.

Clean, updated, Excellent Location, well-maintained. Housekeeping was courteous. The front desk was prompt and efficient. The stairwells are carpeted, air-conditioned, and very clean. Have I said, "Clean?" Excellent buffet restaurant next door.

Breakfast; however it is the same as 99% of hotels in the USA. Watered down sugar juice drinks, cereal and overly processed muffins.

Rooms were clean. The property was close to the main attraction places we wanted to go and for a good price. The only downside is the old microwave we had. Also bear in mind that the breakfast is milk, cereal, bread, cupcakes, some fruits and some waffles. If you need some eggs or potatoes, you may not get it here.

Our room had an old microwave which was kind of smelly.

I really liked that the hotel was very clean. All the Staff was really friendly as well. Housekeeping was very attentive and even came to our room to ask if we needed any services

I wish they had smart TV. We weren't in the room for a long time due to planned activities so it wasn't a great deal but it would be nice
