The staff was great. The manager of the cleaning Peter was absolutely a wonderful person and helpful.

There is security there but they are level 2 unarmed and I think they should be level 3 armed due to Texas large cities allowing homeless to run rampant breaking car windows etc. Level 3 guards are more feared and can offer more protection especially with slow response to city police.

The room was very clean. My son had lots of room to play. I enjoyed almost everything. The breakfast needs to be bette it tasted old besides that very clean and friendly staff. We got in extremely late from a delayed flight, and they definitely accommodated my family. I would stay here again any time just go out for breakfast.

A lot of stores food was really close space inside the room. Everything you needed almost a full kitchen, but the stove was really nice. Staff could’ve been a little bit more friendly. Was there with family and asked if we could be close together and we were all separated in different floors. Didn’t even try to make the effort

Waffle station, coffee and varieties of creamers, I’m glad there was fresh fruit even if it was very very minimal.

Breakfast was decent. Beverage station could use apple juice for kids. Not a fan of the frozen breakfast sandwiches at all. Granola is missing for the yogurt. An an extra waffle station cause everyone was crowded around it. Trash was not emptied and overflowing throughout breakfast, no where to throw trash.

beautiful property, we stayed for 3 nights for Spring Break and we loved our room. Huge room, very clean and had everything we needed included. free breakfast and free parking included as well. lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. we will definitely be staying at this property again soon

it is a little further away from all the tourists attractions but that wasn’t really an issue for us. the bed was a little too hard for my taste but other than that we were satisfied with our stay.

Great Location, The GM at this location is Excellent.

The Gentleman that worked in the evening NEEDS to be properly trained in Customer Service and Hospitality. The GM took care of this. She did EXCELLENT.

Breakfast was good. The coffee was better than most hotels we have stayed at. The staff was friendly. Had a great interaction with Hanna, she was so sweet.

Eggs for the breakfast sandwiches tasted a little chewy.

We really enjoy our stay at Home2 Suite. Everything that was described about the room was true. We like that we got our room cleaned by request. Their breakfast was on point and delicious. The staff was super helpful with all our needs. We can't wait to take another trip so we can book with Home2 Suite again

I love the location of the property. Even though we’re by the freeway somehow it was still quiet and peaceful . The others weren’t loud either . The staff is very friendly , The room was nice and comfortable almost like a lil studio apartment. Highly recommend

This location is AWESOME. It is smack dab in the middle of so many things - main event, movie theater, restaurants, Starbucks, you name it. Plus, you are within a reasonable distance to downtown, La Cantera, the Rim, Stone oak….its great!
