Honestly, this hotel surpassed my expectations. If I were visiting San Antonio again, I would stay here. The overall ambiance of the hotel was very comforting. It breathed a communal environment that bolstered a family feeling. To be honest, I was very hesitant about staying here (I personally prefer a high-end hotel brand, but my Fiancé and I were just staying in San Antonio for a few nights) but after the kind staff greeted me and shared their daily happy hour + breakfast formats, it was clear this place focused on making the hotel experience seem as if you are staying with family. Very happy and would come again. Highly recommend.

It appeared that there were not many people staying there but at breakfast there were so many families with children. A lot of the kids were coughing. Don’t know where they all came from. Wondered if they were sneaking in. We came home and had picked up some type of upper respiratory illness and sick from Christmas through new years. This is not really a complaint. We enjoyed the stay, just thought someone should check to see if this hotel is being taken advantage of.

Attractive hotel, environment, room and facilities. Friendly staff, particularly Linda in breakfast services. Good gym and pool. The room was clean, fresh, and well-appointed. For the first time in 20 years, I was able to read the labels on the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Folks don't like to take glasses into the shower! The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was terrific. Snacks and drinks in the late afternoon, AND there is a super gorditas place nearby called Dona Tota! Delicious.

San Antonio could weed the terribly overgrown side-walks along the frontage road between the hotel and the neighboring restaurants.

The lady that was in charge of breakfast was amazing so nice , friendly and positive! The front desk night people were amazing, they genuinely went out of way help you and make you comfortable. Finally, this place was so clean! One of the cleanest places we have stayed in a while!!! It even spells clean!

We thought there was an outside pool, but there is an inside one. It is not bad, the kids were bummed! I am sure with another being right next door that happens.

We were visiting from Houston, and what I liked about this hotel is it was pretty close to everything we were there to for. Also, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are great. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are very clean. I also like the indoor pool and so did the kids all in all we had a great experience.

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. It was clean and very well-maintained by staff. The only thing that was an issue and it really wasn’t a big issue was one of the two elevators was broken the second day we were there and they called a little congestion at the elevators with the wait times and what not but all in all it was our overall great experience and that wasn’t a very big deal, we were on the third floor, so we were just taking the stairs

Our stay was phenomenal. We didn't want to leave. The staff and everyone who works at this location is so accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They had everything you could possibly need. We will be back. After 3 nights, we decided to extend our stay and become members. It may be a few dollars more than surrounding hotels but worth every penny.

Absolutely nothing. We loved every aspect of our stay here. Don't hesitate, just BOOK IT. You will not be sorry. Join their rewards and save every night you stay.

Breakfast is wonderful. I really enjoined the selection. I loved the coffee area. Maybe have some hot water for the tea bags though. There were tea bags ti make tea which is great but no hot water to make it with.

The second morning I was in a hurry because I needed to get to the ICU at the hospital to visit my husband snd I asked for a to go container. They said they didn’t have any so I wasn’t able to eat that morning. I was hungry all morning because I didn’t get breakfast. It would be nice if the hotel could have some to go containers available.

I understand security is needed ... however when there's no parking and parking is needed and you're searching please don't think everyone is casing the lot. More parking is needed. Staff shouldn't make the client, that actually have a room, feel like they don't belong there. Please don't pass that judgement on those that pay your check. We're the reason why you have a job. Put on a smile and get happy you're at work and show it. Anyone would be glad to take your place.

During my stay all staff members were kind, friendly, very welcoming, and willing to help. An incident occurred during my stay all staff members involved were on top of the situation. The situation could not have been handled any better. Great job team!!

The dinner options were not my favorite. The pool hours were also short. I was unable to enjoy the pool because the hours of operation were not extended later than 10 pm on a Saturday.

The comp breakfast was good, with the usual fare of eggs, potatoes, bacon or sausage. Of course it included the always perfect waffle machine. There was at times oatmeal, plus cereal, boiled eggs and fruit. A variety of drinks. Kept clean by charming and helpful employees.

I did not find anything annoying or not to my liking.
