I checked in at 12:00am, but the process was fast and simple. The staff had me set in less than 5 minutes and informed me of the checkout time and breakfast time. The entire hotel felt clean, smelt clean, and the room was very home like. Snacks and drinks were provided at the front which was great for my late check in time.

At no fault to the property, with the limited parking spots at the time of my arrival, I parked along the fence of a construction site. There were screws and debris from the workers falling above that I had to be aware of in the parking lot. Maybe a sign or communication to alert others of the construction hours. Again, no fault to the hotel itself or the staff.

Clean, simple, nothing fancy but everything we needed. A nice surprise was the mini fridge in the room. Breakfast was decent with cold and hot options, nothing fancy but much better than just old pastries at other hotels, with oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fresh pancakes, eggs, bagels/bread, bacon/sausage, and simple fruit offerings.

Front desk staff could be a little friendlier. Wasn't sure what was covered with the TV offerings (Netflix, Disney+, etc).

My husband and I were very happy with the rate of the room, but we were VERY happy with the staff. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel was in an area that had various shops and restaurants. I appreciated that info was displayed on the boards across from the elevators. We appreciated the overall comfort and amenities. We will certainly return to a TRU hotel. Keep up the good work!

A very adequate accommodation. Clean and comfortable. Mini fridge. Ice machines. There is in fact parking despite the website indicating no parking. Breakfast was adequate.

A little noisy in that I could hear footsteps and walking of the guests in the room above. No coffee making in the room. There is coffee in the lobby but I prefer making it in the room.

All was great, but I did find someone's dirty socks under the sink. Extra toilet paper in the rooms would be nice sice there were 3 of us. Also the soap dispensers were mostly empty.

I absolutely live this place. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever been in, hands down. The room was clean, the shower was refreshing and once I hit the bed, I was out like a light. I will be staying at the Tru again. As a former employee of Hilton Worldwide, I can say Hilton did it right with Tru.

I only wish I could have stayed longer.

It was in a really convenient location that was close to places we were visiting. The lobby was nicely decorated. The hotel was clean.

Our room was smaller than I realized, but it was okay. I didn’t really feel comfortable in the bed though; it was much firmer than I’m used to, the pillows were a bit thin, and the sheets/blankets were a cheaper synthetic feeling material… the way the bed was set up, the inside of the duvet kept coming out. Also, there was a weird sewage smell in the hallway… we noticed it in passing, but since we weren’t in the hallway a lot it wasn’t terrible, it just took away from the appeal.

VERY clean, breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating! They're constantly cleaning and overlooking the property. Lots of options for outside eating like in n out burger Panera bread Chipotle. Close to the airport and shopping plazas. The lobby was pretty cool and lots of seating! There is also outdoor seating with a balcony overlooking a wooded area. We will definitely be staying here when we visit our friends again here in San Antonio!

The room was spotless! Each staff member I spoke to was kind and helpful, which was especially important to me. The complimentary breakfast varied by day and tasted great, unlike the breakfast at other hotels I’ve stayed at.

There isn’t enough shade in the outdoor seated area. Not sure if they can do much about it now but I thought it was worth the sweat to sit outside anyway.
