The second room that I was assigned was a suite and I liked it.

I asked for a quiet room. The desk clerk assigned me a room that was surrounded by loud and obnoxious people, including a barking dog next door. This location is spending a lot of money on renovations, which are very nice, but why allow pets that urinate and defecate on the carpet as well as leaving their hair and dander behind? This is an issue for those of us that have allergies to cats and dogs. The manager did offer me another room after that awful, sleepless first night, and it was quiet.

Coffee and breakfast were great as usual. Clean rooms plus the Drury's ambient surroundings are relaxing. This visit we received an extra bonus wherein two Hostesses noticed my birthday on my ID and they performed a lovely birthday song for me while I was enjoying your Kickback! Blew my mind! Drury customer service is beyond compare! What a great experience. We've stayed at this location multiple times and will continue to do so. Way to go, Drury!

I was fine with the firmness of the king size bed, however my Wife prefers a softer mattress. It's a personal preference and not a complaint about the standard room furnishings.

I was surprised to find that Dinner and Breakfast were included. Dinner even included 3 free drinks.

The only problem I had was with the way the beds were made up: With the bedding being all white and tucked in tightly on all sides, It looked like there was no bedding at all. I returned to the desk and reported my room had not been made-up. The clerk generously assigned me a new room, but when I opened the door to the new room, I saw the same vision. I returned to my original room and pulled down the pillows to reveal fresh white bedding. I stayed in the original room and it was very comfortable.

Wally helped us check in and was very informative about the hotel and amenities- which I appreciated since it had been awhile since my partner and I stayed at a Drury. The parking garage was very convenient too. We didn’t make it to breakfast or the evening kickbacks due to other plans but what a nice perk that is! The room was clean. The AC worked the whole time. The bathroom was spacious and the shower pressure was perfect.

The hallways on the 6th floor had a mildew smell -not sure if it was due to the drastic weather change outside though.

It was late when we arrived but despite this we were greeted by Mashel’s warm and kind smile. It has been well over a decade since I’ve had a service agent go above and beyond to help us check in, make sure the accommodations worked, and let us know everything about the hotel and what was included in the room rate. It wasn’t forced or contrived. She was just genuinely a kind person who cared about other people. This isn’t something that can be taught or trained. She is an incredible asset to this location.

the breakfast was excellent, the Afternoon kickback was a nice simple meal with an included happy hour with 3 drinks per guest. They also offered fresh popcorn and soda in the afternoon along with coffee. The room was very clean when our remote to the TV died we called the front desk and they brought us a new remote in less than 5 minutes. over all This hotel is a keeper the staff were so friendly and nice

the elevator situation at checkout was really slow but cant really blame the hotel for everyone trying to leave at once

The staff was incredibly especially the lady serving drinks. We were amazed that they offered a free breakfast that was awesome and a very nice supper with three free drinks from the bar. I have worked on the road for 20 years living out of hotels, and traveled outside the US. Dollar for Dollar this was the best deal I have had in a very long time. My son said it was his best stay ever. It was also just a few blocks from where I was having a medical issue looked at. A 2 minute drive. My wife, or son and I Loved this place.

When we check in to the hotel, the lady at the front desk gave us a key for a room that was occupied and we had a very embarrassing moment when we got in to the room and we discover for the luggage that was there that that one was an occupied room, and at the front desk when we return to report the mistake that they made with us the same lady just said Humm I'm sorry, let me give you another room... no show of remorse at all, she didn't give a shit about the mistake that she made and make us went thru.

-The service was amazing! Very helpful!!! -Breakfast was amazing as well. The kitchen staff were amazingly helpful! -We will choose this place over and over again.

-The floor we were staying at smelled musty and like a sweaty person was standing in the hallway. -The bed in the room, for some reason, was very uncomfortable. No other time we had stayed here was that a problem. Just this time. The bed was lumpy and we could feel every spring in the bed!

Every staffs are very nice. The room is very nice and clean

The only complaint is room services. They only redo the bed and change towels, they didn’t do any cleaning at all. We have been staging there since 10/31 till now, the room service has never clean our toilet bowl or the restroom floor. The floor has our hairs that we have to clean it ourselves. Plan to buy one cleaning wand there next time. lol PS. WE DO PUT $10 tip every time
