Quiet and comfortable. Comfortable bed. Convenient location, nearby the purpose of my travel.

The staff walks by trash on the floor. There was trash on the staircase for 24 hours. Surely, some employee walked by that trash during that 24 hour period. Also, the bathroom had sheet rock / drywall debris on the floor. Looks like maybe there was a leak and the ceiling was damaged. Perhaps the area was repaired and touched up but maintenance never bothered to clean up the dusty debris. Saw the same in various location in the common areas.

The people at the desk were extremely polite. The people that cleaned and ;kept things up were very sweet. The room was great! Beds comfortable! Breakfast was okay but not much by the time we got down there to eat. But the staff in every area was excellent! Just keep the breakfast filled like the scrambled eggs and sausage and it would be top ‘notch!

The order, price, and location are the key of this hotel.

1. The deposit (Even refundable) is too expensive, I was giving more for this than for the room price. 2. Even when the rooms were clean, the room gives the perception of being dirty (I think the color of the carpet, the scratches on the windows, and the smell of the AC) must be changed or renewed for the suites.

The location was ideal. Very close to work. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Spacious unit. Bathroom was clean and uncluttered. Free breakfast was ok.

The room carpet felt a little damp. There was a corn chip smell when I opened the door. I eventually got used to it. It was probably coming from outside. Breakfast could be better. The eggs were scrambled but you can tell they weren't fresh. The sausage was bland and almost tasteless. Coffee was strong but very good.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating.

The broken door lock in the first room and then the dirty bath tub in the 2nd room I was transferred to that I ended up getting materials to clean.

It was clean and quiet. My kids and I needed to rest while waiting for our delayed flight. The representatives were all very friendly, placed us closed to get in and out fast.

I seen a roach. I just kept our bags in the ottoman. But it was clean.

BREAKFAST WASN'T GOOD EGGS WERE UGLY DRY NO TASTE AND RUBBERY. COULD USE SOME SALSA ALSO.

There was no breakfast ☹️😕 why say that there will be breakfast if there’s not. I was told there would be breakfast just to come down and be told that they don’t serve breakfast on Sunday. What hotel doesn’t serve breakfast on a weekend? Those are the busiest days! Other than that everything was okay. I just feel like you guys need to mention the days you serve and don’t serve breakfast if it isn’t daily like you advertise.

huge room, very comfortable, excellent shower, refrigerator, extra couch and tv for viewing

the breakfast was not impressive - lousy coffee, no juice, eggs were not great, limited choices entrance to facility was hard to find - back gate not always open

It was easy to check in and out. The room was nice and comfortable.

It took five nights before any one even dumped the trash in our room, or get clean towels.
