How close it was to the airport and the pool hours.

The staff were rude we asked multiple times for our room to be cleaned and kept being told they would but never received services for the 4 days we were there with two babies under 2. We were forced to use the towels over and over and didn’t have any face cloths or decent amount of soap for the days we were there. Glad I brought my own.

Nice, clean and quiet hotel in a great location. Very comfortable bed and it was a very good surprise to have a microwave and refrigerator.

There wasn't an elevator so we had to climb the stairs to the 2nd floor with our luggage. Also, the hallways were not air conditioned so it was very warm during the Texas summer. Once we got into the room it was nice and cool.

Location right off interstate easy access to the downtown area and not too far away from the country area attractions. Bed was very comfortable and rooms large

No AC in halls? Feel like walking into oven going thru hallways. No elevator access we had only stairs? Breakfast was same not any variety and eggs were watery not have any taste?

The US100 deposit. It tales 5 to 7 business days to reimburse. That I didnt appreciate. I paid in full. Maybe have someone come in and check the room before we leave. But I didn't appreciate that. I will be coming back for sure. I enjoyed the night I spent there.

Overall our stay was really good. The location was great, the environment felt safe, the room was nice and breakfast was efficient. There was enough parking and staff were nice

Very comfortable, pretty clean, and safe! The staff were always quick to greet us, and helpful. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in!

Could have been a little cleaner, and the tv remote was broken, but not terrible!

Breakfast was a good assortment. The bed was very comfortable. Front desk was very nice even though we had a late arrival.

A few lamps in our room didn't work. Laundry room was out of order. Carbon monoxide/smoke detector was missing. Hallway AC were not working.

I did not know there was no elevator in the hotel. Although I did not mind taking the stairs, but trying to juggle luggage and holding other things at the same time was a task. But Priceline did not mention this on their site when I booked the room.

The bed and pillows was extremely comfortable, the room was clean and modern and even though the ice machine room was adjacent to the room, we didn't hear a thing. The lobbys decor was appealing as well.

There was no stairs but granted that the building had only 2 floors, I guess it makes sense. If you have lots of luggage, it will be a bit of a struggle. Breakfast was minimalistic, your typical continental scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, coffee.

Very comfortable, clean room and comfortable bed. The only bad thing was the dirty pool but the water was cold so I did not want to be inside the pool.
