I love staying here at the Drury Plaza by the airport. It's convenient to all areas of town. The staff her is awesome. The kitchen staff at breakfast and in the evening are so great, they make you feel at home. The housekeeping staff is very efficient and friendly. The front desk greets you with a smile all the time and the manager and assistant manager are very nice as well. Breakfast, evening kickback, drinks, and evening popcorn or plentiful.

I don't like that the soda water fountain area is not on all day. Sometimes, you would like a small cup of soda with your popcorn .

We were treated so well by all of the staff! Amanda checked us in and was so friendly. Fabien was the night manager and talked with us about whatever; great guy! The complimentary drinks and meals were the best; there were lots of choices, so everyone should be satisfied. I loved the parking situation; we were able to park a short walk from our room's exit door. Will sing the praises of Drury Inn to anyone who will listen. PS: Actually heard one of your workers talking to another person about her job. She basically said that her job was something she looked forward to going to (that is rare!). Will stay at Drury Inns when possible from now on ... cost allowing. Thank you all for how you've developed this brand.

Absolutely loved this hotel, very close to everything we planned on doing. The staff were extremely nice, friendly, helpful, informative, attentive. I thought it was great they offer free breakfast, popcorn, dinner & drinks during your entire stay. They have a parking garage & they also have a shuttle to & from the airport. The hotel room was amazing as well, exactly what we needed & looking for-2 room suite with 2 queen beds & a pullout sofa. You don’t hear any noise from the airport or traffic, you also don’t hear those in the other rooms around you, which is great.

I know there’s a couple of elevators in this hotel but the lobby itself definitely needs more than 1 elevator

Other than the rude shuttle guy, I loved everything. The room, breakfast and kickback were awesome and relaxing. I would highly recommend the hotel for relaxation or business.

The staff was good, but the shuttle driver was not. During my departure, he said some negative unwelcome comments about my home town. I was talking to the registry and paying for my stay at the time. He asked me where I was from, I told him and then he proceeded to say negative things. I didn't even use the shuttle and wasn't even talking to him. This kind of rude and unprofessionalism should not be tolerated.

Loved the Breakfast Buffet, Dinner Buffet, 3 Alcoholic Drinks per adult with dinner, popcorn and soda were all included in room stay. Pool was clean with pool towels available at all times we went. Covered parking garage. Very professional, nice, attentive staff at check in, dining room, and pool attendants.There were so many attendants in the dining room for breakfast and dinner. They're awesome! They have free driving service, within a mile,from 330am to 1230am every day. Everything is so close by, North Star Mall, Target, Walmart, Ross. Picnic area with bbq pits available. Large oak trees around picnic area with lots of shade. Will stay again for the free hot breakfast and dinner buffets included with our stay and the service they provided.

We did not like our small room and the bathroom was even smaller for our family of 3-2 adults and 1 child. Our room was not in the main building so it is quite a walk to breakfast and dinner, and from parking garage to our room. Older hotel but still very nice.

This hotel is the best one ever!!! The friendliness from ALL the staff they made it feel like home the cleanliness of the hotel was top tier didn't even have to use my clorox wipes to clean like I normally do at other hotels the kickback the have in the even with drinks and food was great we had tacos and all the fixings with alcohol beverages, the breakfast is actually a very good hot breakfast.

I wanted a complimentary breakfast, but I had no idea Drury had “kickback” where you get a complimentary dinner AND three free drinks on the weekend! And I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. 10/10 is not enough. Every single staff member seemed genuinely happy to see us, and they were all so helpful! I felt happy to be there immediately upon arriving.

I didn’t see wifi info in our room, and the tv didn’t have smart features. When that is your biggest complaint, you know you’ve been well taken care of.

Excellent location. Updated rooms. Property has many amenities- great fitness center, pool and jacuzzi. Very large dining room for breakfast and you can’t beat the afternoon happy hour with snacks and drinks. The staff here is amazingly friendly and helpful. This was our third stay here and we would definitely stay again. Great value and spacious rooms for our family of 4.

Fruit bowl at breakfast was not good, but apples and bananas were available.

Large suite very well appointed and clean, available on site meals made touring less expensive and difficult, soda machine and popcorn was a plus. Dinner snacks appreciated

1. Teeny round bowl toilet where your junk can and did touch the water, get a 17 inch Toto elongated please 2. Changing one breakfast item a day would be appreciated by longer stay visitors but it was otherwise good

The Hotel was beautiful. The staff were so inviting! the bed was so comfortable, best sleep I've had in a long time. I love the private garage. The free breakfast was tasty. My stay overall was fantastic!

The only downside was the water pressure in the shower. Believe me, I love hot showers but to get a decent water pressure, you would have to turn to super hot water. Still, not too bad.
