I have nothing,absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel, everything was amazing, staff was really nice , beds were really comfortable, water pressure was 10/10 , shower was so relaxing, entire hotel was super clean, it was really affordable for the type of hotel that it was. I’ve always been really picky with hotels but this one really exceeded our expectations. We rented 4 rooms and all of us really loved it. Starbucks barista named Lyric went above and beyond on making our drinks, we really didn’t know what to get and she surprised us with some really good iced coffees, even tho I’m not a fan of Starbucks I couldn’t complain about the drinks at all , or customer service for sure, really amazing barista!!

The staff was awesome! Very friendly and seem to actually enjoy their job. Rooms were clean and those fresh warm cookies given at check-in, delicious! Security guard was steady watching us when we were at the little store they have getting snacks, made me feel like a criminal(LOL) but also nice to know they are watching out.

The pull out couch was terrible. Just pushing your hand down you can feel every single spring. Had just use the couch cushions for my kids to sleep on. Didn't have blankets or pillows for it either but the staff brought some up within 15 minutes of calling.

The only issue I had was that I was not given my breakfast “cards” at check in. When I went to ask about the breakfast process the next morning, the lady accused me of already having cards , and telling me that she Will notate the account so they know I already have cards now. Very rude, like I tried to get double breakfast or something.

Location was easy to find and staff was amazing at taking care of us even with issues that came up.

When placed our reservation on booking.com it stated there would be breakfast included but when we arrived and stayed at the hotel we were informed that was not the case and would be an additional charge. Needless to say we had upset kids and left to find nourishment elsewhere. Trust me it is not a good feeling on your heart. Aside from that there was an incident regarding cleanliness in the beds that shouldn't have happened and was devastating but the staff was great at handling the situation.

This place was amazing! My husband and I stayed here with our 7 month old baby, and the hotel was super clean, everything was provided, and the staff was really accommodating to our needs with a little one and they were so super friendly. We will definitely stay here again. Also, if we could have put their beds and pillows in our suitcase we would have 😂 BEST night’s sleep ever!

Location. Pool size. The room.

There was a couple smoking weed at the pool. I have babies so that was annoying. When we got out we decided to go get food. The same people ended up walking after us into the parking lot still smoking weed. So we never escaped it! Very annoying.

Great hotel. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, I felt completely safe the entire trip even as a solo traveler. Staff answered all my questions and I did not encounter anything that needed maintenance

Everything inside the hotel was perfect. My family and I loved everything about it.

The parking in the garage and in the lot in front of the hotel was….. tight. I drive a truck and I did not fit in the spaces in the parking garage. If I squeezed into a spot we were not able to open the door enough to remove the car seat.

Me and my daughters loved the room its so spacious and clean. The outdoor view was awesome and my daughters loved the pool area it was so clean . There complimentary cookies was warm and really tasty.The breakfast had so many varieties and staff was nice. It was worth to stay here and enjoy the weekend !!

We loved how welcoming & patient the staff was with our big family. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. Very close driving distance to everything we needed and wanted to see in San Antonio. We enjoyed our stay ❤️
