The front desk staff during my stay, especially Lydia, was super attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. I booked my stay at the last minute, & checked in later in the evening. Lydia made the check in process easy, quick, and provided hotel info, but she also took her time answering my questions, and gladly booked me a shuttle for the airport on my departure date. I felt taken care of and valued from the moment I checked in which led to a comfortable and relaxed stay.

There wasn't really anything to dislike during my stay. The first couple of nights there were a few guests that were being a little loud in the hallway during the night, but it wasn't horrible and I didn't feel the need to complain.

I loved the location because almost everything was near by or if not it was a very quick drive. We loved the pool and the facilities especially the king suite, it was as if we had our own studio apartment.

As amazing as the room, facilities and hotel were, my only gripe would be that house keeping doesn't vacuum until you're about to check out and not once refilled the toilet paper, there were multiple instances where I had to go down to the front desk in the middle of the night to get some. And as you might guess going late at night it's hard to even find someone available at the front desk. Also, the elevators seem to be out of code and malfunction some times.

Breakfast was good, the potatoes one day were meh, but the sausage was far better than the average hotel breakfast sausage I've had. The location is fantastic, easy access to Walmart or grocery stores and the freeway. Ac worked well, and my room felt spacious. Even though I didn't really use it, the actual kitchen was pretty cool. Mine even had a cutting board and a knife, pots and pans, etc. If I was doin an extended stay, this would definitely be my go-to.

The door to the bathroom is too close to the toilet. I kinda had to straddle the toilet to shut the door.

Everything was wonderful. I wish there were more washers and dryers. Dryers took awhile to dry clothes. There is no ice or water machines either. The one in the refrigerator did not work. The rooms are very comfy and clean. Holes in the wall but are ok.

Friendliest staff ever! Breakfast was amazing!! The staff in charge of breakfast were well prepared and ready to help people during breakfast! The food items were fresh and better than I have ever seen!! Normally I don't rate every hotel...but this is one to let people know about!

The cleanliness throughout the property, and professionalism of front desk staff. Also, the fact that the hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport. Shuttle service is provided in a timely and responsible way.

The hotel was more than i expected. The rooms were very spacious and i loved the fact that there is privacy between the rooms. Also the breakfast was wonderful. I have stayed at other hotels but this was the best one I have stayed at and has everything you need.

Breakfast was good but didn't offer muslim or vegan protein substitute like turkey sausage or bacon. Otherwise the breakfast was great.

Not too much caused a problem.

We really enjoyed the spacious suite. We has the 2 bedroom 1king 2 queen. The breakfast bar was pretty good also. Enough variety to choose from and different entrées offered each day. The beds were comfy and the staff was also very sweet and accomodating.

The day we were checking out the elevator was not working so it was a minor inconvenience but other than that it was great!

Loved the room; such nice touches with the appliances and set up; very relaxing and comfortable

My only complaint was the bedroom was rather hot since there was no vents leading to the room
