Emma was extraordinary, very caring and professional. Very accommodating with all my questions. When asked for places to get fried chicken dinner she recommended a place that turned out to be these I have ever had. We will definitely be back on our next visit.

Tv was very difficult to find channels we liked and were not able to change from Spanish settings. But we eventually found something we liked to watch. Also missed having microwave in room versus having to go to lobby.

Very large clean room, comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was provided.

Took quite a while for the shuttle from the airport to arrive, so long I was just about to call again to ensure it was on its way. Not great when standing outside in the very hot Texas heatwave heat waiting. Breakfast reasonably basic, as is often the case with this and similar hotel chains. Would have been nice to have had a cereal option that wasn't full of sugar, and also the option to make your own quick oats. Not knowing what was in the pre-made oats I wasn't able to eat these. A small fridge to house the yogurt would be a good idea, I wasn't going to eat this as I didn't know how long or how many times these had been left out for. Would be nice to have some reusable plates and cutlery, and not feel like you are wasting plastic and other one-use items for every breakfast item.

The location was close to the airport. The hotel room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was adequate for my needs.

The bathroom exhaust fan was not working, and there was a loose tile in the floor of the bathroom right outside of the shower. These sorts of issues should have been noted by cleaning staff and addressed before the room is used by the next customer.

I have been before and the pool was heated. That is why I stayed there again. If I need to be near the airport, I will call first. The breakfast and staff were just wonderful. It was an easy check in, they kept my room even though our flight didn’t get in until midnight, and the room was wonderful.

It was after midnight when I landed - it was no problem - the free shuttle was sent right away. When I arrived the lady at the front desk was so nice - she gave me a bottle of water and a granola bar as a snack cause she just thought I would be hungry after along flight. The breakfest was amazing- Very happy with this stay

We got the same room before and after our trip which was nice. Rooms were spacious and clean. Airport shuttle to and from the airport was definitely one of the reasons for choosing this location. Overall, we would stay here again.

Breakfast was good. Very comfortable beds! Room was nice and fresh. Gentleman at the front desk when checking in was very polite. Lady when checking out was also very polite and friendly. Location close to airport and variety of restaurants nearby. Very happy and well rested during our stay.

The beds were comfortable, Emma at the front desk was ver kind and friendly, she helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast was also good.

The pool was closed for maintenance the day we arrived. The rooms were a bit dated.

Beds were comfy, staff was very courteous, and helpful. Complementary breakfast was great! Location was good for where we needed to be.

Rooms did not stay cool very long. No exhaust vent in bathroom.

Cindy was awesome at reception. Very helpful and Charming. Breakfast was excellent. Lady at breakfast counter was hardworking and taking care of cleanliness.
