We had an early morning flight, when I come down to the lobby the Bacon and biscuits were the only items out,I grabbed two strips of bacon, placed them on the biscuit, grabbed two milks and I had a quick breakfast,the person who appeared from the kitchen brought potatoes,he shot me a glare as I said good morning, when I returned with my wife and 83 year old mother he had put the barrier up as breakfast was to be served at 6:30 and it was about 20 after? I realize I was ahead a bit but seriously? I suggest starting breakfast earlier or all guest to pick off the incomplete offering as we jumped the shuttle and we're off.the biscuits were awesome, what ever supplier you use is an excellent choice.

Pool area was nice given the location. Eating options were varied and of good quallity. The bar staff and gentlemen working during our stay was excellent. The location was good. The city centre was easily reached from the hotel, but The Marriot was a lot quieter than the downtown area and a lot cheaper. Plus didn't have to pay crazy valet parking rates in the city centre hotels. We were glad we had chosen to stay there for our 2 nights, rather than the hotels around the river walk.

We ate in our first night and had a good, reasonably priced meal. We were served attentively by the bar staff. However, on our second night the woman working in the restaurant was (a) pretty miserable and (b) took so long to serve us — I mean ridculously long — that we ended up ordering an Uber Eats and eating our meal in our room. In fact she took so long, that despite us never having previously used Uber Eats before, we managed to peruse all the options and menus, set ourselves up and then select our meal before she even turned up to take our order. When she finally came, we then explained she had taken so long our Uber Eats order was now already on the way. Reflective of her disinterest, she didn't seem bothered, let alone offered an apology for the time she had taken.

My trouble is with Booking.com. I paid in full, in advance. I needed to cut my stay short by one day. I advised the hotel when I checked in 6/13/24. They said I have to contact Booking.com for a refund, but no problem to leave a day early. I did, and they said they sent a request to the hotel. The hotel said that early check out was fine. Now Booking.com says no they never replied. A Run - around!!! several times. Could not get a receipt from the hotel when I checked out.

The very poor communications between the hotel and Booking. com.

Large comfortable Hotel, with all the amenities and good location beside the Airport.

I arrived late in the evening, staff could not find my booking and stated I was possibly in the wrong hotel, this was until I provided confirmation email and codes. Staff in restaurant I thought were not very attentive and a quick meal, turned into a long drawn out event.

The hotel was nicely remodeled, I enjoyed the view from floor 9, and I loved that the facility had a shop to purchase drinks, snacks, and food.

I noticed the shower was not cleaned correctly when I checked in and saw. There was men hair in the shower that was not mine. I had to rinse the entire shower and double check before using. The bed was also not as comfortable as I expected. I could feel the bed frame/board underneath me.

Close to the airport with a reliable shuttle service. A well stocked bar with good food available. The staff were friendly and accommodating to any of our needs. The rooms were well appointed and clean.

There was nothing at this property that disappointed.

I loved the room, it was very nice and clean. The room was very updated and just super enjoyable to relax in. Also very close in the airport so I could sleep in as long as possible.

That shower was slippery! They could add a rubber mat because I almost fell bad TWICE.

The staff were excellent. The room was beautiful. You will expect a Porter to help with your luggage in an hotel of this caliber and price. You also expect some little finishing touches in the room for example biscuits and some selections of tea. Not everybody takes coffee .

Clean

Someone harassede from the time I arrived to my room until the moment I checked out. The would not let me sleep and went through my personal items. However, my stay went well.

When I Walked Into My Room I Felt Very Welcomed, Due To Having A Welcome Message On My Big Screen TV. It Was Well Kept Up, Clean, And Security On The Property.

There Was Not Anything I Did Not Like About This Property, It Was I’m Range From The Downtown Area And Near By Stores.
