The staff were very nice and friendly. I needed to check out an hour later and it was no problem. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar in the morning was good, there were many options to choose from. There were even complementary drinks, such as beer and wine, provided in the evening on certain days of our stay, which was nice. The pool was not open when we got there, but we were able to use the pool of the hotel next door with no issues. Housekeeping came everyday and provided us with new towels and anything else we needed. I have to come back in a few months, will definitely stay here again.

Room was very comfortable and cool, A/C was just to my liking. Tables had charging ports which was very useful. Fridge was an unexpected surprise since it wasn't on the amenities list but it was very helpful to be able to put my leftovers from nearby restaurants in there. Wardrobe was also helpful for changing into outfits (I was attending a nearby convention). Very clean and comfortable throughout my two night stay. Breakfast area was very well maintained and sanitary, food was fresh and delicious. Very professional and helpful staff as well.

Some minor staining on the shower wall from what might've been hard water; no mold smell however

The room and bedding were comfortable and I immediately felt at ease abd went to sleep. The facilities was clean and well maintained and the staff were extremely friendly. Loved the pancakes

The breakfast didn't taste that good. Turkey sausage was undercooked and potatoes were really cold. The oatmeal was extremely mushy and I would have loved some bacon as opposed to that turkey stuff. Coffee was good though. My husband didn't eat anything which he needed to for his meds.

there was a spacious room, we had a comfy mattress and pillows, the staff on front desk was very kind, we found a clean and tidy space

the breakfast was quite poor in variety and one of the cleaners there look quite unkind, we did have too a maid who open our bedroom around 9am looking to do the cleaning cause her record showed we were leaving that day, when the check-out was at 11am but being IHG members we could do a 2pm check-out

Staff was very attentive and had great customer service. Hotel was very clean and rooms were ready and clean as well. We asked for more towels and we were given them no problem.

I'm not sure if it was the humidity or the A/C but the carpet around the unit w as wet. I wet my socks and had to change my pair. I had to make sure to wear my shoes when walking to my side of the bed. I didn't report it because we're in Texas, humidity is a part of life but yes. That should be addressed.

The staff members are very pleasant and helpful at the HI Express. A shuttle is provided to go within 1 mile of the property, so once we parked for the day, we called for the shuttle to take us to dinner and pick us up when we were finished. A happy hour was setup both evenings we were there--we haven't been to any hotel with this kind of amenities in a long time!!

Alaine greeted us with a smile and was able to honor our request for an early check-in at 11:30 am. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The shuttle was available and very quick to take us anywhere within a mile of the hotel. When we were ready to go to the airport, again the shuttle was available to take us immediately and we were the only ones on the shuttle. We used the shuttle twice and both Raj and Hector were friendly and helpful. Lastly, Victoria the manager was very visible on property and checked on everyone in the breakfast room to be certain all was well. The breakfast was plentiful with a large selection of items. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The shower water pressure was great.

i love the location close to my favorite hair store and the breakfast was sooo fresh and delicious 10 outta 10. the staff was helpful and informative. the parking garbage is the best add on cause who like waiting for the elevator. i felt very safe security does that job love that

Half-mile from SA Intl airport. Plenty of space in room and bathroom. Really good breakfast with lots of hot/cold options. Parking options include gated garage, gated lot, or non-gated lot, all included. We were able to check in at 11:00 which was great.
