Comfy and clean room, looked like it had been refurbished fairly recently. Very friendly staff and free shuttle to the airport was great.

Was a bit unclear how to book the shuttle - I emailed a couple of times but got no reply, so ended up calling when I arrived at the airport and it was fine, they came right over. The phone number provided by booking.com also seemed to be incorrect, and I had to google the hotel's correct number.

Interior and rooms had been remodeled and are nice and clean. No complaints there.

"Free hotel shuttle" was not really free. It's free during the convenient hours of the day, true. But if you have an early morning or late night flight (which is why someone stays there), there is a $15 charge for the shuttle. It doesn't break the bank but I strongly favor truth in advertising, which they did not display. I took an Uber instead of paying their charge, since they advertised it as free. Correct the false advertising and let travelers know up front.

The room was clean and a/c worked perfectly! Front office were nice and accommodating.

Free breakfast was granola bars and coffee. Not enough lighting in rooms. Bigger towels would of been nice.

The location was extremely convenient to the airport.

When I arrived at the airport about 9:30 pm, the front desk clerk and the shuttle bus driver were the same person. I had to phone multiple times to make a request to be picked up by the free shuttle because the clerk was too busy to answer the phone, and then he had to leave a lobby full of guests waiting to check in while he drove to the airport to pick me up.

Great customer service when I checked in. Large room. Comfortable bed. Clean facilities. Coffee was decent.

Room was warm and air conditioning would not cool. Could use a bit more lighting. Single lamp in the corner was not sufficient. Nothing was set up forbreakfast except coffee.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was also close to the airport and they offered shuttle service. The staff was also friendly and the check-in and check-out processes were easy. The vending machines helped.

I would have preferred that breakfast be offered especially since the location is off of a busy street and there are no apparent places to eat nearby that I could see from my room.

Staff and city were nice and friendly. Staff was super helpful (I've never been to San Antonio before) and even offered me shuttle rides to and from the airport when I couldn't find the hotel on my own.

I wish they had a pool (maybe they did and I had such a short time there I didn't have time to look for it?). A small breakfast would have been nice also since there aren't options for breakfast close enough to walk to at 530 am.

Closeness to airport. Easy to navigate to get there at 4 am. Clean rooms. Nice staff. Shopping nearby

Exterior AC units, like most all hotels have. The make the room feel wet. I wish someone would invent something better. But it cooled good.

the booking website said it had breakfast and they only had coffee and a granola bars, the word worth part is the room have no coffee maker and they dont make coffee in the afternoon or when you want coffee

The staff was exceptional! I needed an early check-in and they agreed. The shuttle to airport was perfect as planned. Best part- the bed and the pillows were probably the best in the WORLD!! Thank YOU!!!!!!

It is perfect for airport hotel if that is all you need it for.
