It’s a great location with easy access to 410. The rooms are quite large and very clean. When the air works, it works well. The pool was decent, water clear, though kind of an odd location (yes, I used it). Breakfast was included. The staff was helpful, check in and check out were easy.

The first room I was adding end, the keys didn’t work. Re-did the keys, still didn’t work, meaning the door lock wasn’t working. Room 2, the air didn’t seem to be working properly but since it wasn’t uncomfortable, I let it go that first night. However, I had to unplug the fridge because it had a high-pitched squeal. Night number two, the air was definitely not working so I had to switch rooms. This third room was the keeper! Breakfast was standard fare, fake eggs, sausage, bakery items…but the juice machine was out. Also, the gym was out of order. Someone was smoking weed on the first and it filled the corridor, and people on the fourth floor (mine) fought loudly for two evenings. So maybe not the best clientele.

I liked how comfortable it felt to be there. The bed was comfortable and the room was mostly clean and spacious. Everything in the bathroom was neat and tidy. I liked how friendly the lady staff person was when I got there close to 1am to check in.

I noticed that in my room on the nightstand closest to the sofa bed the bottom shelf was pretty dusty and behind and under it didn't get cleaned well. I also noticed a plastic lid under the bed next to the nightstand that was there when i got in. Nothing major though.

The room was comfortable. Front desk was accommodating and friendly.

The breakfast lady was just standing in the kitchen when I went for breakfast. No eggs, no waffle mix, no coffee. When I asked her if she had anything ready she said "there's only 20 minutes left" She only brought out 3-4 servings of eggs & there were lots of people who were waiting to eat. Breakfast should be full & ready for all the guests to be able to eat. She was acting like she pays for the food & she only puts out diet syrup & had an attitude twice when I asked for regular syrup. What's up with her?

Like the room it was clean,, the room didnt smell .

But how it smells,, didnt liked ,, is not that strong the smell but it does smell. Need to get rid off the carpet. Ther was no water bottels .

The cleaning lady was so nice and right away stopped what she was doing to get us towels for the pool and then cleaned our room while we were out and even sprayed a nice scent to freshen it up

The room did have a slight musty smell but it is really hot out right now.

It was well other than having to be transferred to a different room the first night because our tv was not working.

Shower water drained too far in front of the toilet and towards the lavatory.

it was a great hotel for the price. I was just sad because the gym was closed… like what??? I guess they recently did a pest control fumigation so there was dead coaches in the bathroom and outside our room… I didn’t even notice until we were leaving. it was only like 2 roaches dead. the room got super cold and it was amazing!!! so the AC definitely works! there was a store and restaurants near by and Lyft rides were cheap because we were in a great location!

We did not eat breakfast because I think it closes too early at 9;30. Ten o'clock would be better and we would have eaten there.

Breakfast closes at 9:30 M-F. I wish it would close at 10:00 like it does on Saturday and Sunday. I cannot make it by 9:30 so I miss the breakfast.
