The hotel is great for travelers, offering easy access and convenience. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional—thank you for the excellent service! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and while the property itself is a bit dated, it met our needs. It’s a classic hotel without anything particularly special, but we were satisfied with the accommodations.

While our stay was pleasant overall, the hotel could use some updates. The carpets were a bit worn and had some stains here and there, and the air conditioning unit felt old, though it worked without any issues. These are minor concerns, but they give the property a dated feel.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Airport proximity and good shuttle service. Large room, comfy bed. Nice laundry experience. Not expensive.

The hotel is clearly dated and the decor is not too tasteful. Honestly, 4 stars feels like a bit of a stretch for it now (2024). Not very close to anything other than the airport. During my stay Texas was plagued by a swarm of black crickets which roamed free around the hotel's gym, but thankfully not in my room (which is more than I can say for other more posh hotels that I visited around that time), though the room I was initially offered around the pool, was very much afflicted and also lacked a proper curtain (but was replaced immediately upon request with no hassle). Right elevator was a bit quirky, but nothing too annoying.

Overall cleanliness of the property, staff went above and beyond! Everyone was kind we encountered. I wish I recalled her name, she was checking in patrons May 13 evening. She was so kind and helpful with a simple thing with parking, that we told her not to worry about as it was an inconvenience for her, and she still kindly and swiftly assisted us.

Noticed upper shower curtain corner was dirty; like whoever hung it may have had dusty/dirty hands from cleaning and didn’t clean up between the dirty chore and hanging new linen?

The Pool.. The Maintenance guy was nicer than front office. He was attentive and even asked if we needed towels. This was coming from him not the maid. Great job sir!

Our stay over all was great. The only thing was while in the room was supper hot . The room would get cool and it would get warm. We asked serval other occupants and they stated the same thing. We were going to report it, but it was late didn’t want any one to inconvenience my husband that had to wake up at 8am for a long drive, if they were going to send someone to look at it.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I am a much older female and do not always get a inviting welcome everywhere I go. Young people sometime have difficulty knowing exactly how to approach me. That was not an issue here. I was very impressed and most comfortable with every interaction.

I would have like to have had a to go cup to take an extra cup of coffee to my room after breakfast. There were only China cups available.

The entire staff is exceptionally professional, friendly, and accommodating for all guests. Everyone member of the staff always had a smile on their faces when greeting guests -- everyone including the maintenance and cleaning staff.

There was nothing I didn't like. I liked everything, especially the hotel's shuttle service. The shuttle staff was always prompt and courteous! And even were willing to go a little beyond the three-mile radius to facilitate requests from hotel guests.

The location was great, since I had an early international fly . Did not eat Breakfast at hotel since it started at 7 the time I had to be at airport; not a problem for me, since I had plenty time to eat peacefully at airport. The staff was great. Will definitely be back for next trip.

The carpet in room 218 needs serious attention. I forgot my house shoes & my feet were black just from walking from window area to the tub. I did report it upon checking out and counter staff were very receptive to the criticism, they immediately made a notation for housekeeping.

Great location. Amazing price. Very nice, clean and fresh room. Bar, coffee area. A warm Jacuzzi. Nice staff. Good breakfast. To the airport 5 min.

Was clean, staff were excellent and booking/checking in was a breeze. Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet.

We were in room 203 I believe and they battery to the fire alarm was dead and chirping. We were so exhausted we just unplugged it and went to bed. Also, my little kids needed a bath and the drain was broken.

We appreciated our rooms being close together on the same floor. We really liked the breakfast every morning as a few of our party are breakfast people. Servers Chandler and Humberto, in particular, at breakfast took extra attention to us and made sure we had juice, plenty of toast, etc.

My only complaint, and it's not a deal breaker, is that I would have enjoyed a night cap in your lovely bar. I know the liquor license is coming, so that's something to look forward too.
