I was in SA for a procedure. From the day of my procedure to the day I left, the Staff went above and beyond to make Myself and Husband's stay comfortable! From bringing me 6 or more extra pillows, towels, to even getting the extra bed ready for my husband! Every morning my Husband would go early to get my breakfast and was always greeted with a WARM Smile. When my Children came to visit, they were treated just as well (even got fresh cookies from front desk)! Thank You for the HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER CARD (Signed by the STAFF) that was on my table the day I return from my procedure. :)

The 1 only thing was the Breakfast Sausage :(.

It was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff very welcoming and responsive to any requests. The Housekeeping/Maintenance team were very friendly. The staff at breakfast were very accommodating and making sure food was served hot. Overall a very pleasant experience. I also love the kitchenette, allows us as guests to come home and provide for ourselves instead of relying on fast food the entire stay.

The circumstances for my stay, but they really went above and beyond to make it as comfortable as they could.

Location was very easy to get in and out of Alamo Heights. The facility seemed to have been renovated and was modern and clean. The public areas were actually pleasant, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked. I was also able to work/use the internet with no problems or lag.

Small thing, but we would have loved a suite option with 2 beds in a room (or at least a king), but we made it work.

The rooms were awesome! So clean. Plus, the beds were super comfy!

A lady working breakfast buffet was rude. This being our first time staying there we didn’t know the rules. She yelled at my 11 year old & husband when they went down for breakfast. He didn’t realize she was not wearing her tennis shoes. Just socks. Her approach was rude/ unprofessional.

Loved how secure the area was. Key was needed to enter at any area. Felt very safe. Facility was very clean and well kept. Very inviting atmosphere.

Breakfast items ran out quickly and no trays wete available for transporting items back to the room.

I absolutely loved the staff. So courteous and helpful. Made my birthday so much more special. And the location was convenient. The food was great. Hospitality like no other.🥰 My stay was perfect.

There was not a complaint at all.

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath. Bed just screamed soft and comfy. TV in every room. Kitchen and dining table. Coffee pot and microwave. Breakfast was good with a good hot cup of coffee on a cold day.

If I had to be picky, It was missing a luggage holder. But the second bed did the job since it was just me.

The lady at the front desk, Tiffany, was outstanding and her customer service was beyond amazing! She deserves recognition and a raise. It's been quite a while since I have ran into an employee such as herself with such outstanding customer service! Thank you Tiffany!

Breakfast was great. Nice that there were “tall” chairs for senior citizens who havw trouble getting off chairs.

Nothing comes to mind.

Very clean and comfortable. Close to the airport. Felt secure. Room was like a comfortable nice apartment. Lots for kids to do too.
