I loved this hotel! It was a great sized room, we had the best check in lady overnight on our first night. We had to check in very late around 1am but she was so nice with us. The beds were decent, the pool was heated and super nice for the kids. The breakfast was super great. There was one kitchen lady she was very fair skinned and blonde hair thin lady, she had a pretty bad staring problem and she wasn’t very pleasant. But aside from that we had a great stay. Breakfast, location, hotel, everything was very nice and clean. Big property. But you do have to pay for parking 3.99 a day. This isn’t on the website I don’t think.

The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, clean and I love that the vanity is separate from toilet and tub. The breakfast had great variety. The shuttle to and from the airport super close and convenient.

The staff should be better dressed and easily identified. Most were dressed too casual and blended in with travelers and could smile a bit more. The shuttle van should definitely be upgraded.

The staff was very friendly and checked in on me each day. The bed was very comfortable. I did feel safe there even though the location wasn't the best.

The breakfast seemed kind of ordinary. I was disappointed, but found something I liked each day, and I appreciate that breakfast was included!

Rooms are big and clean

Mattress wasn't very comfortable. At breakfast they mix turkey sausage with the pork sausage and that could be a problem if anyone has a dietary restriction or allergy.

everything was great. specially the housekeeping personnel. breakfast employees need to work on customer service and late checkout has to be reevaluated, since i stayed for 10 days and asked for 1 hour of late checkout and was not approved. had to go an mingled around at the airport. .

pool needs to have some mode of ventilation. my wife has asthma and once we came in to the pool the smell of chlorine was too strong and it started and episode that lasted 2 days.

It was nice and clean. Well kept and well maintained. The staff members were courteous, kind and helpful.

Homewood Suites offers a very generously sized room, much more than I needed. I was glad it was close to the airport.

Personally, I didn’t need such a huge room. I was unaware of anything else the facility offered except the breakfast and Wednesday event.

Location was great. Staff was very friendly and room was very cleaned.

Hotel is pet friendly but there was no safe place to take my dogs to go to the bathroom. There was an open area between the hotel and the credit union but not a designated area.

Easy access to airport with a shuttle and large, comfortable room for our multigenerational family of four.

It wasn’t a luxury resort, but I wasn’t expecting it to be. Nothing wrong with it!
