I enjoy Hilton Garden Inn as a brand for the type of travel I do. The facility was comfortable and the public rooms were warm and inviting, especially the spacious lobby.

finding the hotel was very challenging, the GPS map was confusing and the street signage on Broadway was not immediately visible. Luckily, there were two of us navigating so one could drive and one could lookout for signage. The bathtub shower lacked a mat, and the floor of the tub was very slippery. I had to maneuver with great care getting into and out of the shower.

Mel the bartender/cook/server/desk help was amazing! She was a literal “one woman show” on Saturday night during my stay because her cook and bartender both had recently quit leaving her to have to do it all! She handled the task with kindness and determination! She should be compensated for her service!

On Saturday night all of the power in our room went out. I called the front desk to report the issue. They contacted maintenance. The power was restored within about 20 minutes. A Maintenance fellow came up to check on us after the power was restored to be sure all was well.

Had a great stay! Room was clean, great bed and pillows. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also used the pool and it was very convenient that it is indoors as it was raining during my time there. Had a good time at the pool and hot tub, very relaxing! Would definetely stay here again.

No automatic room service ie towels and refill of coffee. We had to ask upon coming back to room Kate at night. Had problem with coffee maker. Worked first cup but after that when brewing several attempt the coffee pods exploded coffee grounds all over .

I loved how spacious the room was and the staff was so friendly. No issues with my stay at all

I’ve never had to pay for parking and it’s my fault for not checking but usually where I stay breakfast is free. Again both of these things were something I didn’t check, I had no issues with my stay

I arrived late, and they held my reservation without a problem. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The amenities, coffee and such, in the room were good. The breakfast was excellent. The woman who managed the breakfast was so helpful. Grrat experience.

Maybe should have water in the room. I had to buy my own.

The hot tub actually worked well. The jets worked! We don’t often find that at hotels.

Pillows were too flat. No breakfast offered. It would have been $15 to get breakfast. $3.50 was charged to our room but we did not make that purchase. It was corrected.

Excellent location not far from the airport, very clean bed was comfortable and had a good night sleep/

Every other hotels that I have stayed had complimentary breakfast, had to go somewhere else for breakfast.

Close to airport, good room, decent breakfast.

Doesn’t have its own shuttle to/from airport, but relies on on-demand ride-share drivers; unfortunately these appear to be scarce at times - after 30 mins of waiting, with drivers apparently either accepting then cancelling or just not accepting, I eventually gave up and paid for a taxi there myself.

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We did not eat breakfast but it look well displayed.

Huge signs with QR Codes to pay for onsite parking. Super tacky that they would charge for parking at this price point and at a Hilton.
