Mel the bartender/cook/server/desk help was amazing! She was a literal “one woman show” on Saturday night during my stay because her cook and bartender both had recently quit leaving her to have to do it all! She handled the task with kindness and determination! She should be compensated for her service!

On Saturday night all of the power in our room went out. I called the front desk to report the issue. They contacted maintenance. The power was restored within about 20 minutes. A Maintenance fellow came up to check on us after the power was restored to be sure all was well.

I loved how spacious the room was and the staff was so friendly. No issues with my stay at all

I’ve never had to pay for parking and it’s my fault for not checking but usually where I stay breakfast is free. Again both of these things were something I didn’t check, I had no issues with my stay

I arrived late, and they held my reservation without a problem. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The amenities, coffee and such, in the room were good. The breakfast was excellent. The woman who managed the breakfast was so helpful. Grrat experience.

Maybe should have water in the room. I had to buy my own.

The hot tub actually worked well. The jets worked! We don’t often find that at hotels.

Pillows were too flat. No breakfast offered. It would have been $15 to get breakfast. $3.50 was charged to our room but we did not make that purchase. It was corrected.

Close to airport, good room, decent breakfast.

Doesn’t have its own shuttle to/from airport, but relies on on-demand ride-share drivers; unfortunately these appear to be scarce at times - after 30 mins of waiting, with drivers apparently either accepting then cancelling or just not accepting, I eventually gave up and paid for a taxi there myself.

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We did not eat breakfast but it look well displayed.

Huge signs with QR Codes to pay for onsite parking. Super tacky that they would charge for parking at this price point and at a Hilton.

Clean and Spacious rooms , gym facilities , garden area, siting area were all great.

All the negative reviews about the “ shuttle” service are true! We also had a bad experience . After an hour long wait ,We were never picked up!

I liked the staff, they were friendly. The space was nice and it was very clean. Beds were comfy and location was nice.

It’s not a strong dislike but wanting more options on the breakfast buffet would be nice.

Ms. Eyvonne and all the other desk staff I encountered were excellent. I am an Executive Property Manager for high profile government officials in Washington, DC. They exemplified outstanding customer service.

The shower glass was dirty.

First night was excellent but second night not. We spent the day at Sea World and we're tired but there was too much noise in the room in top of our. we called the operator to let them know but apparently no action was taken even though was already midnight.
