The Room and restrooms

The check-in. They had no rooms when we checked in at 5 pm. They only had and gave us a disability room & once we made our way to the room another lady swooped in front of us and got inside.. We were left dumbfounded but ok. So, We went back downstairs to tell the front desk and to find out what was going on. They had mistakenly given us a room they had just given to someone else. And at that, the same lady came down 5 seconds later complaining that the AC in the room was not working. We had to wait for housekeeping to finish cleaning rooms and have some available. 3 other couples were waiting ahead of us. We left for dinner and didn't come back till 8 pm. Luckily they had given my family and me a good fair room. The stay after was great.

Clean, close to our intended destination and easy to navigate in town.

We stayed in room 328 and upon arriving into our room we discovered one of the beds that had a dirty, stained covered blanket! We went spoke to the check in person at front desk about the dirty blanket and I was informed there’s nothing they could do besides give us an extra sheet. The ac was broken (?) we could not raise the temperature in room , ac never turned off nor move the vents we froze all night as I had to sleep in the closets to ac. Pullout bed is very uncomfortable to sleep in but aren’t they all ?!

The property was easy find and a good location. It was very clean, and staff were very friendly. The bed was quite comfortable, there’s nothing worse than an uncomfortable bed when you’re paying to stay somewhere, so a 10 in my books.

This wouldn’t necessarily be the property’s fault, but next door to the hotel is like a doggy daycare, and at 7am I was woke up by multiple barking dogs, which is a great thing they do, but if you’re trying to sleep in and don’t want to be woken up, or you’re a light sleeper, this probably isn’t the place for you. But it is a great hotel, so I would definitely stay again.

This has been our second time visiting and it is always a great experience staying at Springhill Suites! The room is very comfortable, breakfast is a great plus and it is a quick to get to the airport. Staff is super friendly and well organized. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel.

I have nothing negative to say about Springhill Suites in San Antonio. Keep up the great work!

I enjoyed the stay for the most part. Room size was great. I loved that the restroom and shower/powder room were separate. That was the best part. Bed was super comfortable too

I didnt like that the carpets were NOTproperly vacuumed before i got there. There was small trash/dirt on the carpet and also candy wrappers under the pillows

Nice staff

There was urine under the toilet seat when we arrived. I can tell they didn’t lift the seat to clean it. I’m glad we had bleach wipes with us to clean the toilet. Also it was noisy because the floors are cheap. All we heard was kids running all day. Other than that breakfast was great and staff was great.

Great location. Nice property, good parking.

The breakfast was minimal. I was expecting more. We arrived about 40 minutes after breakfast opened & all they had was cereal. There was only bread & 1 type of bagel. No waffles, no fruit, no yogurt, no apple juice, no orange juice, etc. Staff added (spinach) scrambled eggs and sausage about 20 minutes after we arrived. It was good, but not a kid friendly option.

Overall great property to stay at for a short stay. Was there to visit Lackland AFB. The rooms are seriously large and the beds are comfortable. Free breakfast is nice but only solid at best. The real charm is the staffs. Everyone working there is readily to help out and attend to any questions.

N/A, the stay was wonderful

The front desk staff (night shift and morning shift) were really nice people. They helped when I asked where I could find good food to eat.

The breakfast in the morning was a great idea but the hotel guests were … hungry because by 8:30a there was a huge line. Waffles smelled good but I’m not patient enough to wait.

Decent breakfast and good location.

The last day of my stay the tv did not work any more the connection gave out. We had no hair dryer in our room. We went two days with no change of towels and the trash not picked up this was a nuisance as we stayed there to go to a water park.
