Clean, close to our intended destination and easy to navigate in town.

We stayed in room 328 and upon arriving into our room we discovered one of the beds that had a dirty, stained covered blanket! We went spoke to the check in person at front desk about the dirty blanket and I was informed there’s nothing they could do besides give us an extra sheet. The ac was broken (?) we could not raise the temperature in room , ac never turned off nor move the vents we froze all night as I had to sleep in the closets to ac. Pullout bed is very uncomfortable to sleep in but aren’t they all ?!

The property was easy find and a good location. It was very clean, and staff were very friendly. The bed was quite comfortable, there’s nothing worse than an uncomfortable bed when you’re paying to stay somewhere, so a 10 in my books.

This wouldn’t necessarily be the property’s fault, but next door to the hotel is like a doggy daycare, and at 7am I was woke up by multiple barking dogs, which is a great thing they do, but if you’re trying to sleep in and don’t want to be woken up, or you’re a light sleeper, this probably isn’t the place for you. But it is a great hotel, so I would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was minimal. I was expecting more. We arrived about 40 minutes after breakfast opened & all they had was cereal. There was only bread & 1 type of bagel. No waffles, no fruit, no yogurt, no apple juice, no orange juice, etc. Staff added (spinach) scrambled eggs and sausage about 20 minutes after we arrived. It was good, but not a kid friendly option.

Overall great property to stay at for a short stay. Was there to visit Lackland AFB. The rooms are seriously large and the beds are comfortable. Free breakfast is nice but only solid at best. The real charm is the staffs. Everyone working there is readily to help out and attend to any questions.

The front desk staff (night shift and morning shift) were really nice people. They helped when I asked where I could find good food to eat.

The breakfast in the morning was a great idea but the hotel guests were … hungry because by 8:30a there was a huge line. Waffles smelled good but I’m not patient enough to wait.

Comfortable beds with room for everyone. Liked the separate shower and toilet rooms. Breakfast was good. Restaurants near by with easy access to highway. Price was good for San Antonio in Summer.

Had to ask for more towels and sheets. Group of 5 and room was prepared for 2. You have to request for housekeeping service.

Staff was great.room was clean.beds were very comfortable best sleep I had in years. Pool was great grandkids had a ball in the warm indoor pool.

Breakfast was not what I was expecting from such a high quality hotel. It was good what was there, was expecting more choices.

Pool was way too small for how big the hotel is!! Must be upgraded!!! If the pool was bigger, we would have stayed 2 more days for sure!!!

The room is large and convenient for 4 members in my family. The staff is very friendly. There is a problem about charging. However, the staff and the manager there was very nice and happy to help customers.

The ice maker machine at the 3rd floor doesn’t work. So we have to go to the 2nd floor to get ice. We have 2 days staying at the hotel, but no hotel housekeeping. Except those 2 problems, everything is good.

The place was clean and ready when we checked in. They have a nice decent bed and some appliances that was really useful. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Everything was good including the food, the only problem was they ran out of their breakfast and we were not able to have a decent meal
