I arrived at the property after midnight. The front desk associate welcomed me in with a smile and a great attitude. The package that had been delivered in advance was there waiting for me and he was kind enough to bring it up to the room, which was a relief after a long day of travel. The room was spacious with a place for my suitcase, a nice size desk for my laptop and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was big with adequate lighting, full size quantities of personal care products, and good water pressure. I enjoyed a few great hours of sleep -- the room temperature was ideal, and I used the blackout curtains. I should also note that the hotel was quiet, even though it was full and is located in a quiet area as well. The free breakfast offered a wonderful variety of hot and cold options in addition to light and dark roast coffee from 6 am - 10 am. The following morning was scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, and biscuits with gravy along with the fruit, toast, oatmeal, and make your own waffle choices.

Breakfast was plentiful. It just wasn't that tasty so that was disappointing. The bacon was soggy and greasy. The gravy was liquid flour. The biscuits were the consistency of hockey pucks. And even the dark roast coffee was weak. Maybe they just had an off day in the kitchen.

The app was a bit difficult to get on to complete the direct check in. I contacted customer service and they were very happy to assist and get my username and password operational. The Direct Check in notified my to check in at the front desk up on my arrival. Shey was there to greet me and welcome me to the hotel. She was very helpful to secure my room and ensured that it was not near the elevators or ice machine. I was very happy with my room. Air conditioning was set to a perfect temperature, bed was comfortable and the amenities were above expectations. Your property is right down the road from my daughters home and I like to have a hotel when I go to visit. I will defiantly book at the Hampton Inn in the future.

I truly have nothing negative to say about the property I stayed at in San Antonio. I have traveled most of my life in the trade show and customer events profession and I have never stayed at a Hampton Inn.... My mistake. Great property for my first visit.

Room was nice. Breakfast items were good. Employee who was working when I checked in was excellent.

The fitted sheets did not fit the bed and came loose. The $75 pet fee is high considering other hotels charge $25 Did not care for the homeless people walking around, especially the one yelling at my wife while she was walking the dog

Breakfast was great, customer service was awesome, I believe that the front desk manager her name was Mary Cavasos was very nice and helpful she's amazing, and amazing staff as well..I really give them 5 stars in excellent in everything they do.

The lady at the front desk was very nice, the room was super clean, awesome coffee and it’s pet friendly, they give you a small treat bag for your dog. location and the staff is veryyy nice. I would stay there again

They charge a deposit to your card even if it’s a credit card, they give it back days after your Stay, they also charged me a 50 dollar pet fee. The pillows were super soft not in a good way so if you are picky as me bring a fan and your own pillows , the worst part was the breakfast it was pretty nasty. I grabbed some scrambled egg a sausage link and a boiled egg, gave my dog the sausage and the boiled egg and he refused to eat them, they tasted weird

I didn't like the unexpected extra charge (temporarily) of $50 after full payment in advance. I'm going forward hoping that my future credit card bill does not show this $50 as being a charged. Only stayed 2 days so the room was never cleaned, or beds made up.

Very nice Hampton Inn! Breakfast was as expected, good choices. And it was quiet, so I got a good night’s sleep.

The only “hiccup” was there was a large group of business people meeting at this location the night I was there. They were standing in lobby chatting after their meeting and blocking the walkways. It was hard to get around the lobby and reception area. (Reception/mgr. probably should have directed the large group to a conference room.)

Adam at check in was a star! He recommended a great Italian restaurant that delivered to the hotel - we’d arrived quite late and didn’t want to drive out anywhere for dinner. All of the hotel staff were friendly and efficient

breakfast was great, enjoyed it everyday. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room service was through and prompt. Hotel was close to everything.

Small issue with TV loosing signal frequently , no exhaust fan in bathroom as steam would accumulate.
