Nice property over all fairly quiet even with loud neighbors, sound was mitigated by decent wall design. Clean throughout the spaces I encountered and I didn’t see broken , bare, damaged or refinished fixtures or surfaces.

Parking is a bit of a hassle with so little available up front, and all the construction equipment out back but still very accessible. Maybe review lighting in the rear for safety.

The breakfast was great but the lady who worked in the breakfast area was amazing and very friendly. She checked on us and made sure everything was ok.

I really appreciate the front desk staff. The lady was not feeling well, short staffed and there were issues with the rooms not being ready during check in. She handled the customers very well and I really appreciate her kind attitude, patience, and friendliness.

Every thing was good.. Except when you get in the shower it almost feels like you couldn’t step in the middle part of the shower cause like it made a lot of noise and also felt like you were going to go through the shower floor..

The hotel was close to the USCIS, so location was perfect for my needs. The room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows. There are places to eat around, some of them are really close. We had a good stay.

The restaurant/bar were very good. breakfast was enjoyable. good eggs good bacon/ sausage. tat-or tots coffee juice yogurt it was good dinner good service excellent

The room had a few minor maintenance issues that I mentioned to the front desk, but no show-stopper. I wasn't charged for my breakfast after I got a "slip" so I had to bring this to the attention of the desk clerk when I checked out. I assume someone in another room got charged for my breakfast as well.

SANDRA AT THE FRONT DESK GREETED US VERY WELL. SHE HELPED US WITH ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD. A VERY GOOD RECEPTIONIST.

This hotel is very clean and reasonably priced. The location and amenities are also nice. Staff is always friendly and accommodating.

No complaints.

The indoor pool was a plus for the kids and I loved the Terrance on the 2nd floor

Water for shower wasn’t hot early morning

There is a lot of parking space

It’s not that close to San Antonio Downtown and there is no drinking water as courtesy in the rooms.
